I ordered a large Lg Carmel macchiato with extra caramel drizzle
, Lg peppermint hot chocolate, 20 pc nugget and mcchicken.
Well the Carmel macchiato was only half a small cup the peppermint hot chocolate tasted like hot water with a drop of peppermint. And the chicken was hard and cold.
This place is horrible !

McDonald's makes excellent premium coffee but the black coffee they make at this particular McDonald's taste like it came out of a low quality Keurig pod. I thought they just made me bad coffee so I took it back and they were more than happy to give me another cup of the same low quality Keurig coffee which after trying it promptly went into the trash. When I go to McDonald's and spend $2.50 on a cup of Premium McDonald's black coffee I expect to get premium McDonald's black coffee and not coffee out of a Keurig machine.

The service is terrible… the food quality is more than awful… the managers literally don’t care or put any type of pride into their work. They never have enough staff. Just shut it down and put a Hardee’s there already! One star is way too much to even give this place.

So a bit of a long story but I arrived at the its location and they were understaffed. I waited in the mobile order pick up location for about 15 minutes and realized something was wrong so I went inside. The tead leader was training a new girl and they were understaffed. Food was not getting out and customer's were starting to get nasty. Let me be perfectly clear. I do not condone the behavior or actions of these customer's and quite frankly I am disgusted by their words and actions. You can see this location is short staffed so you decided to make it worse by cussing and insulting the staff you disgusting human beings. The new girl you could clearly see she was panicking and did not feel safe or comfortable are you proud of that KAREN!. That being said. I asked for my order when I got the chance and it didnt come out right. So in order to not be a part of the problem i left with what they gave me. I came in today and spoke with the manager Que who listened to my story and corrected all complaints, issues, ect..... That is why im leaving 5 stars. That problem was due to abnormal circumstances and they did the best they could all while being cussed at and ridiculed for something completely out of control. Do better humanity! Dont be a part of the problem, customer service, fast food workers are worthy of respect. And to the customers who were so mean. You disgust me and its probably better for all humanity if you just cooked at home. Thank you Que and the other McDonald's staff for maintaining your professionalism and keeping your cool through the adversity and also for correcting your mistakes when you make them.

I have been lucky enough to have a McDonald’s near work for the last four years and they were all awesome. I could always count on getting my breakfast before work and making it in on time because they’re so efficient. That is not true of this location. I have a new job near this McDonald’s. The folks that work with the customers need to work on their people skills and they need to get their act together. I never know how long it’s going take to get through the drive-through, which is frustrating. The line was so long the other day and not moving, so I pulled out of the line and went inside to see if I could get it any faster. That was not the case. Hopefully they can get some good management hired in this location to get it all pulled together.

Ordered bf meal with Bacon. $6.50 and there was only 1 half piece of bacon. Used to be 1 whole piece all be it thin as paper, when it was only $ 5.00 cmon i paid for a pound of bacon, at least give me 1 whole piece.
