Slowest Panera I think I've ever been to. I just wanted a coffee and a pastry. It took them forever to even acknowledge the order (kiosk ordering only?). Then when I asked if they'd warm up the pastry (because of the music & his headset I had to ask three times before he even understood), you'd think I made the most demanding request ever. At least the coffee was ok.

This location is easy to miss so I drove by many times before stopping in recently. The freshness of their food is evident with anything you try.
On a road trip from Toronto to Miami. This is the first good meal we’ve had on the road.Ordered online and picked up in drive thru at 8 am. Mac & cheese was piping hot and delicious. Oatmeal was great. Half Fuji apple salad was perfectly portioned. Bagel was chewy and fresh- in a good way.Honestly I’ll seek out Paneras for the rest of the trip.Dietary restrictions: The app accommodated our need to flag food allergies easily.

Every time I go through the drive through they forget half of my stuff. First time no soups. Second time no chicken on any of my grilled chicken salads…I won’t give them a third chance. For $50-$60 to feed our family, it’s not worth it!

Food is usually pretty good, but service is very disappointing. This location has opt'd to do the "no staff at the front counter" thing and just put kiosks for you to take care of yourself. The would have a lot more business if they returned to focusing on improving customer experience.

I love their cinnamon crunch bagels. I told them to add sausage and egg to it and it was great. I also like being a member of the sip club. They have good service at this location. However, I do wish they would bring back pizza at this store.

The worst Panera Bread I have ever been too. The front doors were locked at 7:15. Figured out the side door was open so we went in… asked someone in the kitchen if they were open. They said yes. Tried to order 3 different items.. they were out of all 3 … took about 10 min to order… homeless man sitting at the table …
We went to the drive up window. I ordered French onion soup .it was not hot. It came with a very small piece of bread the price was over 8 dollars. I was ?

The new ordering system is poorly designed. When we went in for lunch they were out of chicken noodle soup and chips. They didn’t mention being out of chips so my sandwich came with a side of bread. The chicken frontega was soggy and covered in sauce. Panera bread is no longer a place we will stop at while traveling.

Service continues to go down hill. Wait ! there was no one around to help me. I did ask a gentleman behind counter for help. He told he would go and get someone. Now I waited approximately 5 minutes prior to asking for help. I waited approximately another 3-4 minutes no help arrived. When I opened my bag the chicken noodle soup was cold, (if you ordered a sandwich) they only had bagels as a bread. I ordered a ham and cheese with lettuce and tomato. I also wanted avocado. When I opened my bag it contained a bagel with ham & cheese (cold). I went to the restroom and saw that the sink was getting ready to overflow. I told a young man and he didn't seem to be concerned. I do believe this is my last visit.Wheelchair accessibility: I did notice a wheelchair access.

This location is vastly different than other locations. Two employees so you wait at the counter forever. Their bakery items are severely limited. When I asked about the seasonal pumpkin cookie I was told “not at this location”. I also asked about a specific sandwich that you can get other places and was told “not at this location” again. Just very disappointed.
