Now I remembered why we stopped ordering from this location. We ordered for delivery at 7:00pm and after 90 minutes and a phone call, they let us know the pizza was on its way. Finally at 9:30pm the pizza was delivered, barely warm, we ordered no sausage on one of the pizzas but again there was. Not mentioning the wife is allergic to it. This was definitely a lessons learned experience. Never Again!

At 6:01 we placed an order for three pizzas. At 8:05 I called. I was told ten more minutes. At 8:50 pm I called again. Put on hold for 29 mins!! Manager get on phone, states “Josh marked upper order delivered at 8:09”. 9:15 … over three hours later, no pizza. Oh we will give you a credit on your next order. No!!! You lied to me at 8:05, Josh lied at 8:09 and you still want me to pay you for an order!! I will never send my guests to this location!!

I just spoke to a manager at papa johns. There where super awesome and wanted to correct the issue concerning the wings not have much sauce on them. They assured me they will do everything they can to correct this problem and are doing everything they can to make sure i their customer are happy with what i receive. So i will definitely bring giving them another chance on their wings to see what happens.

Pizza was hot, not burnt, and ready quickly. I recommend Papa John's when you want a quick turn around for picking up pizza after ordering online. Parking lot and building are easy to get in and out.

GET CARRY OUT!!Be warned when you order you won’t know how long the delivery time is until AFTER you pay, so maybe just choose pick up or else you will probably be waiting 99-120 minutes like we are.

Better ingredients but doughy Pizza. The sign clearly says $3.09 for a 2 L drink but they charged me more. I was also absolutely disgusted when I saw the guy rolling the pizza dough on his arms up to his elbows, thinking hope I don't get an arm hair in my pizza. Is this standard practice? I just Googled it and it is. They should toss it behind a wall where you can't see them. I'll never eat it again?

Papa John's pizza is pretty good, but business practices and employees at this location is holding it back. After paying near 40-dollars for my order, I was charged additional for packets of cheese and crushed pepper, really? Why Nickle and dime your customers like that? Do this establishment think they're the only one who has suffered due to the pandemic?What's worse, I had to tell the employee "FIVE" times to get a bag for my drink. He was so busy trying to charge me for something that should be included with every pizza, he expected me to carry out two large pizzas, a side, and a whole 2-liter. I don't like being petty, but they can do much better.

This place is probably one of the best papa johns that I've been to within the 30-40mins of me.I've place an order online and they completed my order so fast. They are unbelievably fast. They're pretty consistent with quality and their cook times.I wished the papa johns by me was this fast and consistent with their pizzas.
Pizza very short on the ingredients considering the price. Taste was alright. service was good as far as pickup order. But not worth the price. Does not compare to Nick's in Pembroke or most Gabriel'

We ordered 2x sausage and cheese and didn’t receive either. The pizza was cold and 25 minutes past the estimated delivery time. We gave a nice $10 plus tip and didn’t want anything but what we paid for! My butt is sore!
