After an hour and 30-40 minutes get a message saying our order was cancelled. Spent almost an hour just to talk to someone on the phone got put on hold twice, ended up having to go to the store to find out what the problem was. They never called to say they didn't have what we ordered. Poor management and customer service

Ordered and paid for online for pick up in store. When I got there was a line which was fine, the cashier was having trouble with the computer and the manager came out and done the door dash orders whi h was fine. The problem came when I got up to the counter and her computer crashed and she asked for help and got told by another coworker very rudely I can't deal with that while everyone that was waiting was watching. Here I am waiting and watching this girl struggle I said something that is when the manger came back out and called IT. They were telling us they could cash us out because of the computer even though I had already paid online. After about being there for 45 minutes they finally gave me my pizza which by now is luke warm. So sad how they treated the cashier. She was the only reason I stayed and didn't cancel my order.

As of 10/24/2025 the Statesville pizza hut is closed. Hopefully for good. Poor food, poor service and a nasty lobby are all factors. Sanitation grade B says a lot. There are far more better options in town. Don't waste your time or money here. It's terrible and most of the time the pizzas are not made correctly. Customer service is lacking. Do better or shut it down, which they have. A lot of the pizza guys are closing. This one doesn't surprise me at all

This place is a joke. I ordered pizza from a maybe Hindi man. Asked if I could pay with credit card and tip with cash. I realized i wasn’t asked for my credit card info I called back to pay over the phone as I didn’t have enough cash. I called back 4 times first I was left on hold, second and third time I called I was told they were a call center and the fourth time I called this dude just hung up on me. The only reason I mentioned his ethnicity was because it was thick and might help identifiable. Worst Pizza Hut and will go out of my way to pass this along to everyone I meet

Do not try to order from the store on Davie Ave in Statesville NC. Nobody will answer your call. I tried to call in a order today and I was on hold for 25 minutes before I hung up. Absolutely no excuse. I called and talked to one of there employees and they even said they Never answer the phone.

Call center sucks they either hang up on you or just flat out transfer you hopefully you get the right store or even get an answer like I order Pizza Hut a lot and actually prefer their pizza over any other pizza restaurant and today you have really lost a customer not just cause of the food but because of the customer service
