I got 3 plates. Chicken was tuff , steak was tuff , shrimp they didn't give you but 4 with the chicken. I live out of town and they wouldn't even give me any credit. Told me to bring the food back. I'm not asking for free food but really you could have done better.

I don't know if there's new management but the food's quality dropped significantly. The new take out boxes are strange and they were half empty when we opened them. The rice was undercooked and the zucchini was undercooked. Anyone looking to order from here, be warned.

I have always eat here under Ski however I’m reviewing this under 2M Original. They updated nicely and they added Pho, a Vietnamese dish and bubba tea too.

We placed an order the gentleman that took our order. Did not listen to The Order dan's a young lady that brought us out our order whenever I told her it was wrong. She had a bad attitude.This will be the last time we ever come.Eat here ever again

My family and I dined in to eat dinner. There was no host so we sat down. The waitress came up and was super rude, she obviously hates her job. We were the only ones there but still had to wait for drinks. The spring rolls are terrible. We ordered two and she gave us 6 and we had to pay for it. The noodles looked like worms tasted horrible. Rest of food was mediocre. Two entrees and two extra sides was $88 extremely over priced. Would rather eat at the mall. I wanted to go there because I ate there two years ago and it was amazing, but we definitely won’t be back!! They might as well close down

I just placed an order teriyaki chicken shrimp white rice with broccoli! Got my order it was made incorrectly! I called they notified me that no manager was on duty???!!!!! So they put me on the phone with an employee that is also the cook he continues to say ma’am you can bring the plate back I’ll remake it after me notifying him I stay 30 minutes away from the restaurant! If not it’s nothing he could do keep your money that was very unreasonable considering he messed up my order!!!!! Will never return

Service: only 3 tables to serve. We felt like an afterthought. Received salads/soup/appitizers with meal. Had to flag down waitress every time. Served one salad and soup and waited another five minutes for the other. Dr. Pepper tasted off and asked for water instead. Had to flag her down with that after waiting half way through the meal. Saw our waitress more after we finished the meal clearing dishes away than we did throughout our meal.
Food: did not have ginger dressing for salad. Assumed shrimp sauce. Luckily with the time waited for the 2nd salad/soup, I flagged the host to get no dressing. Salad lettuce was a little old/rusty. Pan fried wontons were greasy and soggy. My son ate 3 of them but is not feeling well after. I could not finish one. Carrots were cold but stir fry was good.

We just had another fantastic meal at Shiki Japanese restaurant. The food was excellent and Craven was our waiter. He was very polite and did a fantastic job. Best Japanese Restaurant
