Carol Has Being One Of The BEST landlords I have ever had! She’s so sweet and understanding and will work with you the best she can. Whenever there is a issue she’s gets the problem handled and situated at a good manner time! She always responds through email and answers phone calls. The maintenance person is also great as well, soon as you call he comes and fix whatever the situation is and stays on top of it! There’s no waiting days like other apartment complexes I’ve stayed at. It’s very quiet over here as well and safe for children! I would recommend these apartments to anybody!

I have lived here over 3 years and was happy till today on december 23, 2020. Just got a notice of rent going up $100 with only a 7 day notice. Lanlord says she has called and sent emails, but I have nothing on my email address or mailing. Now we have to start paying for trash and lanscape, really... what kind of apartments charge for lanscape and trash removal..Might as well get a house.
