what’s the point in ordering ahead when you still have to wait for your order no one should have to wait 20 minutes for they order . this don’t make sense they need to do better.
Lori was amazing, friendly, and fast. I ordered a lot of items for my staff at work and she had everything ready quickly and with a smile on her face! I’ll definitely be going back because of her! Staff was very welcoming as well

This has absolutely nothing to do with this particular store. Everyone who works here is kind and efficient. My issue is that Starbucks no longer offers free water. I'm an Uber driver and am on the road all day and rely on water and public restrooms. Over the years I've spent quite a bit of money at Starbucks and this just makes me want to support them less. These changes are not making things better 🤷🏼♀️. For other Uber drivers Wendy's gives free water and doesn't lock their bathrooms

So! I wanted to write this review because an employee by the name of Melanie was literally the most patient and supportive employee! I couldn’t remember the order my sister gets me and she just was so kind in helping me narrow it down! Literally so helpful! And just overall probably the best experience I’ve had!! Not only that by but chance she was assisting the other Starbucks the same week, I had the same request because I couldn’t remember but AGAIN she was so very kind. Literally. The best. Kudos to Starbucks you guys gave great employees here!
Come to this Starbucks if you want to hear the manager complain about how she hates her job and employees don't understand how hard it is for her and then to completely rip you off on the espresso that you paid for in your drink because she's mad you saw her spill it on the counter and than leave the rest in the espresso cup

I’ve decided to go to this Starbucks location more because every time I go I get really good service, everyone is genuine, the drinks are made as requested & I feel I never have to ask for a remake. Also, the baked goods have more in them & just taste better than other locations I’ve visited in surrounding areas. I haven’t had anything negative to say about this one & it feels great to say that. I appreciate the help they’ve given & happy to say I’ve always received exactly what I paid for. Thank you guys!

Very disappointed with this location. No matter how many times I ask they still don't get the drinks right. This is NOT a Dragon Drink, this is a Dragonfruit Refresher. I let them know twice it needs the coconut milk!! I was so frustrated and left. My daughters coffee was also missing the whipped cream. It's literally on the label. Please train your baristas better!

Asking for tips but can ever give stoppers or sleeves. Its already a 6 dollar coffee, no need to tip at a non sit down establishment..
