what’s the point in ordering ahead when you still have to wait for your order no one should have to wait 20 minutes for they order . this don’t make sense they need to do better.
Lori was amazing, friendly, and fast. I ordered a lot of items for my staff at work and she had everything ready quickly and with a smile on her face! I’ll definitely be going back because of her! Staff was very welcoming as well

This has absolutely nothing to do with this particular store. Everyone who works here is kind and efficient. My issue is that Starbucks no longer offers free water. I'm an Uber driver and am on the road all day and rely on water and public restrooms. Over the years I've spent quite a bit of money at Starbucks and this just makes me want to support them less. These changes are not making things better 🤷🏼♀️. For other Uber drivers Wendy's gives free water and doesn't lock their bathrooms
