I was there shortly after they opened. I’m so upset I didn’t ask the lady’s name. She was nice. They did not have onions ready and I was running late. She offered to cut some but I didn’t have the time. So, she gave me a complimentary cookie. I was rushed but her kind gesture made such a nice start to my Saturday morning. Thank you! She has short hair and I’m guessing she’s in her 50’s. Great employee!!!

I have got to quit mobile ordering from this location- our food is wrong every time and the employee working is unhelpful.
Thirty dollars for two barely edible subs is outrageous.

I visited this Subway at lunch time today, they wasn't busy but talking to other customers in conversation and not acknowledging customers that was waiting
I received my Sub and as soon as I paid for it I saw a ROACH crawling across the counter!
How Digusting!
Oh and the banana peppers were soggy and old and no Vinegar this subway is in Statesville on Wilkesboro Hwy
A little pissed off this is my first time ordering online and I got two chicken subs both of them the chicken was ice cold and I also ordered a footlong cookie and it wasn’t even in the bag. Not impressed at all

0 star rating! The black girl at the front is so rude!!!! Gave a group of black guys free bottled drinks and then when I gave her my coupons she wouldn’t let me use them and told me the manager doesn’t let them give things for free or use expired coupons, yet she just gave a group of black guys free bottles teas… that’s pure racism. So if you can give them free bottles drinks and said it’s not a problem they won’t mind then you can use my coupons. She was rude and laughed in my laugh when I dropped my drink cup. Rude and needs to learn customer service skills because that was not it. I wouldn’t recommend this subway go to the one on broad street!!!!! Much better service !

Schedules are important and being on time, young man, is also important. For a Subway right off the interstate should not have one person working!! ?

The service and the quality of food was the worst. I had ordered two sandwiches at 8:00pm and I got the order at 8:30pm. The service was very slow and the toppings looked stale. The bread was stale and hard. It even tasted weird like the toppings were going bad. I would never recommend this store. It was the worst experience I have had at a Subway.
