3 employees were in the store but only 2 were actually working as one worker stood in the middle of the dining area talking to a friend for at least 20 minutes at 8:30pm on 10/24/23. The service was slow because of this and all the topping and meats did not have covers so everything looked expired or dry.

My wife ordered a 12-in ham and cheese sub but when arriving home she noticed on the bill she was also charged for extra turkey she did not receive or order.

New people I guess. Couldn't make eye contact with customers. Told me they couldn't take coupon. They had meat on a sliver going behind them. Still using balled up meat in pans for my sub! Bread was cold, and OLD. Very unsatisfactory. The two guys behind counter were more worried about who was coming in the front door than the customer in front of them.

Used to be good back in the day but the place is just filled with the same problems as usual. Not a clean workplace and the staff doesn't care to maintain healthy food standards with the products or make your sandwich with some level of care.

This is the second time this has happened. Not everyone can stand around waiting for their sandwich to be made. I ordered my sandwich at 11:30 which is lunch, I go to this store to pick it up, they were already busy and slow. Plus my sandwich wasn't even made! Its now 11:42 and my lunch ends at 12pm it takes me a few minutes to get back to work and my area to sit down to eat. I don't have time to stand around for 5 minutes to wait while customers are coming in. And on top of that the guy who made my sandwich didn't put the onions on! I'll go to the subway on highway 90/64 for better service. Employees need to pick up their speed.
