I understand having an internet online order to keep business alive and well but a customer in store should not have to wait because of internet online orders. The older woman was more concerned with the online orders and the poor young lady working there looked scared of the older woman, as if she may do something not to the older womans liking and get scolded. The young lady made a nice sandwich, the older woman has customer service face to face issues IMO. We will go to Jersey Mikes from now on.

Every single time ive gone to this location in the past 3 months they've skimped on toppings. They're incredibly stingy and the ingredients themselves taste old. Last time the bread was chewy and tasted stale, and the sauce had no flavor and was runny like it had been watered down. Barely any of each topping on the sub. This is a consistent issue and their food is honestly gross.

The red head only put cheese on halfff of my sub. When I asked for some on the other half, I was told it would be extra??? I’ve taken 5 bites of STRAIGHT CHEESE, extremely unsatisfied. And nobody had on a hair net.

Traveling from SC. Restaurant located in older shopping center. Probably been two years since we have eaten at any Subway. Sincerely give this location 5 stars. Ladies behind counter incredibly polite, locals obviously know them well. Our subs were delicious, all ingredients tasted fresh. Women's bathroom was immaculate. Highly recommend.

I just did an online order and one of the sandwiches wasn’t just right. I took it back and showed the sandwich to Ashana and she looked at it and immediately offered to remake it. She did it with a smile on her face❤️ Mistakes happen and she handled it in the best possible way. Thank you, Ashana, we will definitely be back!!

I eat at this Subway regularly, including lunch at work. The location is always clean and the employees are very friendly and attentive. The bread is always fresh, the sandwiches are delicious and all items are always available.Note to the reviewers that might complain about waiting in line at a Subway: If you use order ahead on the app, you won’t have to wait and you will save money & earn free food. It’s why I eat here all the time. ✌?

Was in this location today around 12, walked in and moments later witnessed an interaction between what looked like a manager and a customer.The girl was explaining she was missing cookies.The manager very rudly exclaimed that she put all the cookies in the bag and that it was weird to her that they weren't there. She argued with the girls mother and basically these poor customers were accused of stealing the cookies and were refused the ones that were missing.This manager is VILE and honestly the reason I stopped going here. I thought of giving it another go, walk in and there she I'd. Causing issues. I'd bet it is the same woman everyone complains about. The young man at the counter tried his best to help them but they still didn't get their cookies. THAT THEY PAID FOR!!I left without ordering.
