Was in this location today around 12, walked in and moments later witnessed an interaction between what looked like a manager and a customer.The girl was explaining she was missing cookies.The manager very rudly exclaimed that she put all the cookies in the bag and that it was weird to her that they weren't there. She argued with the girls mother and basically these poor customers were accused of stealing the cookies and were refused the ones that were missing.This manager is VILE and honestly the reason I stopped going here. I thought of giving it another go, walk in and there she I'd. Causing issues. I'd bet it is the same woman everyone complains about. The young man at the counter tried his best to help them but they still didn't get their cookies. THAT THEY PAID FOR!!I left without ordering.

The last couple times I’ve came here it’s like they’re afraid to put any veggies on my sub. I understand that’s food cost. But maybe Subway should start charging for veggies if they’re gonna be that stingy.

I dropped by for my daily dose of dietary fiber and, oh my gosh they were slammed busy.The ladies behind the counter were calm and cool though. If the store wasn't an absolute nightmare of loud conversation (I'm autistic and cacophony is my Kryptonite), I would have assumed that it was any other Saturday.Either way, I greatly appreciated the attitude of the kind women behind the counter. My sandwich was great also. ?

Service was good! the new renovations are good. But unfortunately, the food itself was horrible. Over cooked to the point of being burnt, and our subs were missing components. Will not be ordering from this one again.

Today me and my girls visited the subway in statesville, we just got out of a doctors appointment and we found out my youngest has cancer and all she wanted was a sub from subway... although all the vents are COVERED in dust, I am allergic and appalled to dust which made me have an allergic reaction.. then when I went to the bathroom it was horrifyingly disgusting. Me and my girls waited in long for too long. The food was mediocre at best but I am beyond disappointed and disgusted with this company.
