Ordered a Foot long BLT sub on the Subway website. Picked up the order, drove 15 minutes home to enjoy lunch. Ordered extra bacon There was no bacon on the BLT, none!!

Placed an order through door dash for 3 subs. 1 pizza, 1 BMT, 1 turkey. Received the turkey and bmt but not the pizza SUB.. Instead they sent an actual pizza.. Not even close to what was ordered. So I just ordered an extra bmt on plain Italian bread... Couldn't even get that right. They put it on some kind of bread with herbs on it and the bread is hard like its from 2-3 days ago.. I just don't understand why its so difficult for this location to get anything right

I ordered the steak and cheese, I feel like I had to walk them through the entire process. I asked them for shredded cheese and they said that the flatbread could not be toasted. I then asked, well, why can't you put the cheese? And the steak on the paper and then put it in the oven. They said, oh yeah, we can do that. Then they started making it as a rap, and they did put mayonnaise on which I did ask for, but I told her I wanted flatbread, so then she moved .everything that was put on the sandwich And added more mayonnaise that I did not ask for leading it to be extremely too much. Then her telling me most of it got on her gloves, which is why she added more. I understand your thought. I feel like I should have been asked first!! My food had to be remade. She then told me how she is allergic to flatbread and got a big sniff of it, and that she was not ready to have a migraine. If you are worried about a migraine, then you shouldn't be working there.We're a place you have to deal with the food you know that gives you a migraine. And I get home and this is what I have. No steak! I would of been better off getting just toppings on it instead. At least then it would of been full. $12 was waisted. I could of gone to McDonald's and gotten way better.

This location is no longer participating in the FL899 meal. It is now too expensive to eat here for lunch. I would rather go to Chili's for their 3 for me deal.

I walk to this subway almost every week because it’s close and convenient. Sometimes my sandwich is made right and i can actually enjoy it but most days the woman that puts the sandwich together is rude, will cut the bread wonky, just throws your topping on by the hand full; for some places thats fine but if i’m ordering banana peppers i don't want the whole tub of peppers on my sandwich. not to mention the way my sandwiches are wrapped in a mess of a way so along with it tasting terrible it also looks terrible. The quality of the food directly reflects the attitude of the staff.

I ordered a 6 in steak and cheese with extra pickles and I was beyond disappointed in the sub I got. It was skinny, hardly had any meat and no extra pickles. I have never received a sub this badly made. Terrible experience.

There were three workers who were all sandwich artists, no team lead members. The physical coupon I had did not work even though it was in date. I asked the gentleman if there were anyone else here that could help and he stated that he was from a different store and came to help today (07/25/2024). I told him that I couldn’t pay for it because it was more than expected so he threw away the sandwich. I visited this location around 8:50pm. I asked the gentleman if I could place a mobile order with the same coupon in order to get my meat so he didn’t have to throw it away and he said that you can’t place an order past 8:30pm. So I wasn’t able to get my food.

I ordered a Foot long sandwich and what do I get instead? A 6" sub. I'm not happy about this. Last time I ordered they didn't put the red onions on there. These people need to pay attention to the customers order! I'll take my business elsewhere instead of this subway.

Every time I go to this particular subway they always have something going on, whether it’s poor customer service or they’re out of something. Today I went and they were only accepting online orders and when I went to place the order the app said ordering offline. There’s only a few subways actually still open and at this point this one should be shut down too!

If I could give no stars I would. This place is so unprofessional. The workers are very rude including the young manager who wants to argue over remaking sandwiches that wasn't made right.

This location needs better training. Every time we order from the app something is missing. Tonight we are missing an entire footlong that was on the receipt taped to the bag. We don't have the time to run back to the store every time they mess up. Most of them have nasty attitudes like you are the one that messed up. I didn't forget a whole sandwich. So of course all the sandwiches get cold and soggy while we take the order back to get the missing one. It's ridiculous and happens far to much at this location. I tried calling as I usually do and no one answers and their voice-mail is always full. It's frustrating to order a meal and find you are missing something or it's not made correctly.

The sandwiches were made quickly, to order, and tasted fantastic. I left my purse here accidentally. My husband and I were an hour away when we noticed. We were in a panic. I called the Subway. A worker answered, found my purse, and stowed it safely. An hour later, we returned. Everything in my purse was untouched. I gave the young man a reward. There are still honest people in this world.
