7/29/25 just came here and am really disappointed. Just had a long shift and was hungry, paid 30 dollars worth of food and this is what they gave me. i ordered a grilled cheese burrito literally just rice, cheese, and tortilla. The staff were really weird and looked at us like we were inconveniencing them for ordering food. They forgot our drinks and when we asked about it they gave us the small size when one was supposed to be large. I love taco bell, and i am very lenient with customer service cause i understand, but they just didnt even try. There was 1 other person and 1 car in the drive thru so not busy. Very dissapointed

Stale taco shell 10 mins to get the food i just ordered the box and no one was in front of me I was the only one in the restaurant and had 1 person working 3 people walking around not working idk

Open until "2am". It is technically 3/25 (since it is after midnight). I don't know which two employees were on duty tonight but they do not need to be working til close if they aren't willing to serve somone before close. I pulled up at 1:45am, yes close to close. I understand that is not ideal as I've worked in fast food myself. It is still unacceptable to refuse to answer a guest at the intercom and pretend like you aren't there. I saw one of them in the building when I drove around and proceeded to pass both of their white cars in the parking lot. Went across the street to cookout, which also closes at 2. Met with a smile and hot food. Won't be giving taco bell at this location my business anymore.

This is probably the worst taco experience I have had. This is one of the locations that you have to use a kiosk. Even after our order was placed the staff ignored the fact that we were there. The kids needed to use the bathroom and the door had an electronic lock. One employee was on her phone the others were making food. After a few minutes another employee walked to the counter and asked if we needed anything (gave us the code to the bathroom). All of the drinks in the fountain tasted off (low on syrup). This location was in Statesville NC and we were just passing through and next time we will be just passing by. Skip this one and find something else.

came into this taco bell and there was 2 other people, and firstly one of the people there had been waiting for over an hour. i waited 20 minutes for them to check in my mobile order. me and all of my friends waited over an hour to get our food, they forgot our avocado ranch and messed up all our orders. they also forgot to mention they ran out of the churros so they took my money. even righting this review there are still several people in this taco bell that have still not gotten their food and have been waiting for an hour. Some man started crashing out at the workers and they were very rude and laughed in his face when he’d been waiting for a doordash order for 30 minutes. this was a horrible experience and i will not be coming back.

I go here all the timer after work they never give me napkins or sauce I took the food out of my bag when I got home today and the food was not even properly sealed so my nachos were just open and everywhere they need a have a store meeting about customer service overall.

After driving for 8 hours, my wife and I decided to get Taco Bell. That’s a pretty safe bet for dinner, but we get back to the hotel, the order is wrong and cold. They put sour cream on my wife’s nacho bell grande, when I specifically asked them not too!!! So after I dig all the sour cream off, she’s eating it and pulls out a chip that had a piece of hair with a piece of meat hanging from it!!! After 2 bites, that’s all it took to ABSOLUTELY DISGUST ME!!! If I was able to give this Taco Bell a negative rating that’s what I would do!!!!

Soda tastes like mildew!! They must not clean the soda machine. I waited in drive through for 25 on a mobile order!! Don’t waste your time.
