It was our first time visiting The Watering Hole since moving to Statesville. The bartenders were very friendly and provided great service. We met some amazing people but overall a wonderful atmosphere. We will be coming back.

Forty people were shoved into a cold room with one TV and not allowed to go to the bar, because of a last minute baby shower someone wanted to have at a bar...on football Sunday. The space was unsafe with an obstructed exit, and customer service was extremely poor. The bartender was limited with service, by the bar owner, with the 40 people that were locked in the freezing back room. I wish I would have taken a picture for the Fire Marshal. The bar owner began harassing me once I complained and started calling me names as I closed my tab. We will not return and I do not recommend.

Such an enjoyable, friendly and relaxing atmosphere. The owners..Eric and Joanna…make this a fun place for so many people. The staff…Brianna, Andrea and AJ are excellent at their jobs and are so kind to the customers! From the first time entering their establishment, I have always felt and have been treated like “family”! I highly recommend everyone to come and check the Watering Hole out…you’ll be glad you did!
