Food started out great—GF bread and tomato soup were amazing. I have celiac so I was excited about all of the gluten free options on the menu. The entrée was probably the worst Italian food I’ve ever had. I ordered the chicken piccata and it was essentially noodles in lemon soup and the chicken was halfway cooked. Our service was also not a pleasant experience. Our waitress was extremely slow, mixed up our drink orders (twice), didn’t know the menu or any of the daily specials and kept having to go back to the kitchen to ask. When we asked for the bill, she brought us the customer copy of the check (no merchant copy) with no pen. So we had to wait even longer for her to come back and bring us a pen. Overall, worst $60 ever spent.

My husband and I stopped here for dinner. It was mid week and not very busy. We were seated quickly. Our waitress took our order. My husband ordered half sweet and half unsweetened tea and the Tour of Italy. I ordered unsweetened tea and the chicken alfrado with penne pasta. We ordered the bread with olive oil appetizer. Our waitress brought both drinks incorrect. After waiting for our food she came to the table with food that was not ours. Turned out it was for the table behind us. Then another waitress brought our order again, my husband's was correct but mine was not, she brought chicken parmesan. So our original waitress comes to our table and asks me "what did you order again, specifically?". I told her again I ordered the chicken alfrado with penne pasta. She proceeded to put the order in and returned to the table and apologized stating it was her second week. She asked my husband what he was drinking. He told her half and half tea. She brought unsweetened. She finally brought my order to the table and after a 3rd time it was still incorrect. This waitress had from what I could see 3 tables to take care of and another waitress was helping her with 2 of them. I understand people are new and learning but half of the time we didn't see our waitress and when we did she wasn't paying attention to what we were saying.

Complete waste of time! It was 30 minutes before our order was even taken, then 15 minutes later we get told that the kitchen is backed up and it'll be another 40 minutes before we get our food. Decided to leave and the lady at the counter actually blamed the waitress for being new, not the fact that the kitchen was backed up. Just moved here but now we know which pizza place not to go to!
Their food is always good. Large portions. Always bring home leftovers and get 1 to 2 meals. Friendly service.

Came in was seated assuming by an owner. She seemed mad at the world. Food was ok nothing to brag about. The fried cheese ravioli was decent. The fried mushrooms were horrible. The chicken Marsala was very sweet.

I came in today and I was greeted with a huge smile and lovely attitude. The food was perfect. The service was perfect. I even spilled my water and they cleaned it up in less than 30 seconds. Always a great choice.
The food is great and I do recommend ordering takeout, but I don’t recommend anyone dine in or speak to the owners wife at all about anything. She has been horribly rude to me and my coworkers several times. I went in today because I had to use their restroom and was very willing to get some soup to go, but she was so rude to me that I just left empty handed. She is nasty rude for no good reason and should absolutely not be working with the public.
