This is one of the best Wendy’s in Iredell County. The service is always friendly. I give 3 star on the atmosphere, because Wendy’s needs to upgrade its interiors.

This East Broad Street location is by far the worst Wendy’s location. You will not get what you ordered. unfortunately, I have ordered here numerous times and not once has it been right and they don’t want to fix anything. They don’t want to answer the phone this location should definitely be shut down. Any positive reviews about this location have to be fake.

Been to this Wendy's several times and Statesville and the atmosphere is so nice everyone's so pleasant The food is great I get exactly what I ordered never have I ever got anything other than what I've ordered and I've had some big large orders with you guys so hey thank you so much for showing that there are still restaurants that listen to their customers. I would recommend this restaurant all day to everyone.

After you put in your order you get the pleasure of standing there listening to the employees complain about making your food. I placed an order when I was feeding 3 teenage boys and this person packing my food could not believe someone would come to fast food and order that much food then proceed to tell me that I made their job so stressful with my huge order and Noone could eat that much food and that's just the start of it. By far the worst experience I have ever had at wendys but it seems like all of the locations around statesville have been going down hill fast. Good luck if you order food at this location I hope they treat you better.

Me and my husband sat inside to eat dinner after work and there were people hollering about their wages we could hear from the back....
Other than that the food was good. Service was fast and the place was clean top to bottom.
That one young lady just needs to lower her voice and leave the drama to the back of the house.

Good evening I know there will be nothing done about this but the lady that took my order for the Wendy’s on East Broad Street in Statesville, North Carolina is the rudest person I have came across in a very long time. Her name is Mary Lou. Someone needs to get a hold of the manager there and let them give her a little talking to because there’s no sense in her talking to people the way she does. The ice machine was out of order that was a sign put up on the top left-hand corner that had out of service in Little print and I had went to get ice and I’m not even 5 foot tall so I don’t look up very often and she hollers across the store. It’s out of order can’t you read? This is not the first time she has talked to me in a very bad way. I am in that store several times, but I am getting tired of her talking to me and other people the way she does. Something needs to be done about it. Someone needs to talk to her about her attitude and how she treats people. Just unreal it upset me so bad that I couldn’t even eat afterwards I had to leave. Thank you and have a good evening.

I don't know what her name was but she was very sweet. I was there around 2:40-3:00, December 9, 2024. Amazing service if she isn't already she should be a manager, she has the customer service skills for it.( she had curly hair, with light to fair skin)
