We have are there twice in the last 2 weeks thinking the first time was just a bad night but both times the food has been inedible by the time we get home. One was a pickup by us the other was door dash.We expect some things when not eaten fresh in, the store but the cold, hard food, inedible food is not what you expect. Idk what’s going on with staff here but we just did a full refund with DoorDash tonight for the food we got including the missing items we never received. The didn’t used to be an issue. This store needs to get its act together.

I just went through the drive-thru. When I arrived home, I checked the food. For the second straight time, the potato looked like it had been in the warmer for hours. It was hard, and the flesh had begun to turn brown. Inedible. Do better!

Food was cold and old. The drink bar was wet from tea all over it some was dried and sticky. The floor was sticky by tea dispensers. They wasn't that busy. I just feel it should have been cleaned during their down time. Maybe it's just me I use to work several years in restaurant management. When it comes to cleanliness and wasting time on the clock. Specially when there is things that could be getting done.

Asked for fresh fries and had to pull back around for nuggets so the second time we were here we were asked to pull forward and didn't because we had to already next thing you know the manager slams the window open demands we moved forward next thing you know he snapped a picture. We let him know we will be speaking to higher up because we didn't disrespect anyone and weren't rude for requesting fresh food. He was very rude don't know his name but he was a Caucasian man ! Do not appreciate and will be making a complaint on the receipt as well.

This is one of the best Wendy’s in Iredell County. The service is always friendly. I give 3 star on the atmosphere, because Wendy’s needs to upgrade its interiors.

This East Broad Street location is by far the worst Wendy’s location. You will not get what you ordered. unfortunately, I have ordered here numerous times and not once has it been right and they don’t want to fix anything. They don’t want to answer the phone this location should definitely be shut down. Any positive reviews about this location have to be fake.

Been to this Wendy's several times and Statesville and the atmosphere is so nice everyone's so pleasant The food is great I get exactly what I ordered never have I ever got anything other than what I've ordered and I've had some big large orders with you guys so hey thank you so much for showing that there are still restaurants that listen to their customers. I would recommend this restaurant all day to everyone.
