The staff here is just the nicest you can get anywhere. Very polite and happy to serve. Although we don’t eat fastfood often, we do enjoy going here for a treat once in a while.

Went to get breakfast at 10:20 and by the time the order taker got done with car in front of me it was 10:25. When I got to the window she told me it was 10:30 and breakfast was no longer serving. Time is merely a suggestion for them. Went to Cracker Barrel and had a real breakfast instead.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I made an order at 3:40 but because I am at work I wasn’t able to go pick up until 5. When I went for my food I was told they didn’t have my food but my money was taken out. I pulled around the drive-thru to talk to the manager who said she didn’t have my order and couldn’t give me my money back because she didn’t take it out in the restaurant. I don’t understand why I was charged and never received my food. I don’t think I should’ve been charged until I went to pick up my order. I returned to work with no food and no money because the night manager wanted me out of her line even after I offered to pay again. At that point I didn’t have time to go through the drive through as I had already spent 15 minutes waiting on the previous people to get served. Honestly if you’re debating going to this restaurant just don’t. The previous reviews are bad anyways. I asked for corporate’s number and they only gave me the home base. They provided no solutions and acted as if I was in their way. The people are rude.

The food was pretty good, although my sandwich was messed up, but I’m not sure why it’s so hard to tell somebody to have a nice day or to reply when someone says thank you. Not that I even need somebody to say this stuff to me, but it would be great to know that they gave me everything and that I was good to go. No common courtesy.

Shugga Shugga

I was given the wrong sandwich. I immediately went back to have it corrected. Literally 5 different employees asked me what I had ordered. I wasn't given a receipt so I couldn't show them what I ordered.
Most of them acted like they didn't know what it was. Like it wasn't on the menu board. I finally got the sandwich. It wasn't fixed correctly. Somethings were left off and some things were added that didn't belong. It was a mess. I hate I went there.

Haitian Sensation

Would give zero and negative stars if I could. Can cooperate do something about this and this man. He's in the restaurant each and everyday and I'm under the impression he sleeps here overnight. I'm concerned about a Wendy's employee I've observed sleeping overnight at a location I frequent. I believe this may be illegal, and I'd like to express my dissatisfaction and seek clarification on the situation.
It's unsettling to see an employee consistently sleeping during their shift. I'm not sure if he's homeless or what the situation is.

This raises several concerns for me:
* Health and Safety: Is the employee well? Are they experiencing exhaustion or burnout? Could their sleeping pose a safety hazard in the event of an emergency?
* Customer Service: How can a sleeping employee adequately serve customers or maintain a clean and safe environment?
* Labor Laws: Is this situation compliant with labor laws regarding rest breaks and working conditions?
I hope Wendy's management and corporate will address this issue promptly and ensure the well-being of their employees while maintaining a professional and safe environment for customers.

Tables and seats weren't clean. We had to clean them ourselves before sitting down. And it's not just one area-its serval. And this happens every time we come here.

Ordered 2 large Chili’s at the Statesville, NC location. Was in the drive through for literally 17 minutes. When I got home the containers were only about 3/4 full. Seriously??? Dave is probably turning over in his grave. This brand has destroyed its own name.

Took forever to take my order the person who took our order saw us and ignored us for a good 20 mins before taking our order ? I wouldn't recommend going there unless you wanna sit and wait for your order to be taken and they don't call out your name when your food is ready to pick up
