This is hands down the worst Zaxby's around, the customer service is awful, we went a few weeks ago at 8:30pm their hours were clearly posted on the building, Google maps, and their website. But we were told by the drive thru worker they were closed and that new hours that haven't been released to the public had been enacted. The a few days later when we asked if that was true, a manager told it's because the power was out, which was not the case. Then tonight, against our better judgement and not wanting to drive to Troutman, we gave them another chance. Mistake, the restaurant wasn't crowded but it took 20+ minutes to get thru the drive thru only to end up with the wrong order.

It took a few minutes for my family and I (3 of us) to be acknowledged and have our order taken. Once we were spoken to, the 2 ladies up front were very friendly and took our order. No problems. Only thing, my Texas toast, twice now has been plain toast! My favorite part lol anyways chicken sandwiches and tenders were great and fries too.

listen I've been coming here for 6 years and i understand a line i understand a wait . but i shouldn't have to turn my vehicle off multiple times in line. To then get to the window and get the wrong order.. am all for kids working but there needs to be adult in charge one that understands the job title of being a manager and running a store . if this keeps up its only matter of time before food poisoning or closure for the lack of care.

Slower than molasses. Waited 20 minutes for 1 meal. 10 others waited as well. Soda machine in dining g area was down. Had to wait for drinks as well.

Went through the drive through around 10:00pm on 11/25 and I couldn’t understand the drive thru attendant due to a significant amount of noise in the background like a lot of commotion was going on inside the restaurant. They also said their card reader was down and only took cash but we went ahead and ordered anyways. I tried to order a cookie butter milkshake and they said they were not making anymore milkshakes and they said they stopped making them 5 minutes before we got there (hour left before they closed). Ask asked if that is normal and the drive through attendant said it just depends how busy they were. Still went ahead and ordered. After sitting in line for well over 10 minutes at the drive through, we went to Wendy’s next door and were in and out of their drive through before the person that was in front of us got their food.
Would not recommend this Zaxby’s location in the future

I arrived before my time window due to scheduling issues, and they were very kind to me about it. I was accommodated with hospitality, and the food was done perfectly. Seasoned well and hot! This is an excellent Zaxby’s location. The interior has plenty of room, and it is kept clean.

Worst zaxbys I've ever been to. Service inside is slow, drive through is slow, and they always forget stuff from my order. Sauces, fries, or sides, they always leave something out.

Excellent service in the drive thru line!
I went through the drive thru and the worker at the window was VERY rude to me, they overfilled my milkshake and it spilt and I wasn't able to drink it at all. Zaxbys, train your workers again and do better
Their food was good. Their chicken was excellent. The only complaint I have is it is way too cold in there. By the time we got our food to the table and got drinks the food was already getting cold. But other than that it was good.

I have only eaten at Zaxby's a couple of times. I will say that the dine in atmosphere is FAR superior to most other fast food places. And many thanks for NO TVs.
