Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I don’t even know what to say, 3 of my boneless wings was missing sauce ion the end and the rest are floating in it. They probably put so much sauce because they were overcooked. They were hard And only a couple of my fries had seasoning. Very disappointing.

I usually have a great experience with Zaxby but today was the worst. Employees playing around with the drink machine. Took forever to get my food. And then it was cold. They needed help in the Kitchen and the manager is just walking around in circles. No sense of urgency. I usually eat here once or twice a week but seeing the employees with not a care in the world definitely makes me reconsider.

My husband and I came by last night. We ordered a drive thru pick up through the zaxbys app. When we got to the speaker we told the lady we had a drive thru pick up order then proceeded to the window. The lady at the window asked us to pull up to the side door so we did. There was a car in front of us who was also sitting, waiting for their order which did eventually come out after a few minutes. In total we were there waiting about 25 minutes before I asked my husband if he could walk in and see what was going on and why our order was taking so long. Come to find out, it was left on the counter with no employees to be seen.

If we put our order in for the drive thru and you ask us to pull forward, we expect our order to be brought out to the car, not for us to go in looking for it.

Just got 3 of the new quesadilla, barely anything on it, cheese was nonexistent. Cheese is what makes a quesadilla. Chicken pieces need to be cut up smaller

I went through the drive-thru today. The service was great and the line moved pretty quickly.

The food left something to be desired... My sandwich was warm at best, not hot. The fries were good, again not as hot as I would have expected.

Manager April was on the phone in her car while 8 other ppl were waiting on their orders.

There was NO activity (like nobody working) in the kitchen.

Poor front cashier Jaz was extremely apologetic and helpful.

I would rate Jaz at a 5 and others at a 1 if I could.

The absolute slowest and rudest staff in Statesville

My wife and I ordered the following items to go: spicy sandwich meal, boneless wings and things, cheddar bites and toast. The cheddar bites were cooked way too long. They were hard and I couldn’t tell if anything was inside of them. The boneless wings were dry and a little burnt. The bread for the chicken sandwich was stale and tasted very old. It will be a while before I try this location again.

I wouldn’t say I’m a big fan of Zaxby’s, but I do like their chicken finger tacos. I tried them on a whim, and you’d actually be surprised how good they are.

Other key takeaways: the staff is polite and the restaurant is clean; I know these things are to be expected, but you wouldn’t believe how often you run into folk who don’t care like they’re not at work, especially in fast food. Zaxby’s (or at least this location) is one of the better ones, for sure.

I've never enjoyed the food here, not sure why it's so popular. But, if you're picking up to deliver food, DO NOT pick up from this location. You will be left standing for 15-20min. Even then nobody will help you. All 6 times I've been here, I had to raise my voice and reach my arm out so the kids working there would notice me. Yet everytime the persons order is sitting getting cold. The workers never put the delivery/pickup orders on the front rack. They leave it all in the back. From now on, I will reject orders from this place and hope you all do the same if you deliver food for $$$$. Hope this location receives a good manager soon, who has skills in leadership and knows how to guide the young kids. This place is an easy 0 out of 5 stars for service.
