Their food was good. Their chicken was excellent. The only complaint I have is it is way too cold in there. By the time we got our food to the table and got drinks the food was already getting cold. But other than that it was good.

I have only eaten at Zaxby's a couple of times. I will say that the dine in atmosphere is FAR superior to most other fast food places. And many thanks for NO TVs.

We order zaxbys a lot because we love their salad, but today we ordered and received a salad with hardly any salad in it? Disappointing to pay for such a pricey salad and still be hungry after.

This Zaxbys has the absolute WORST customer service. I’ve had 3 different encounters here where I leave and I’m wondering how any of them get to keep their jobs. However, today topped it for me. I pull up to the drive through speaker and the woman goes, “What do you want?” I didn’t say anything because I was a bit confused that an employee would speak that way. She continues to sound unpleasant as I ask for my online order and I pull around to continue to receive less than mediocre treatment. Management here is either absent, a total joke, or part of the problem. This food is way too expensive to be putting up with garbage employees.

Great asian salad, the person working the counter was either new or seriously distracted, as she seemed unable to give us clear answers, and I had to ask for dressing for A SALAD, which was already discussed which one I wanted. Salad was good.

I was trying to get my order scanned through there reward app to receive points. I ask three times then he went to the manager and she said you can add the numbers in. Why can't they scan the barcode. The guy taking my order was not friendly at all would not crack a smile then you even hear he talks so low. Not the friendly people. But their salads are good

I don’t even know what to say, 3 of my boneless wings was missing sauce ion the end and the rest are floating in it. They probably put so much sauce because they were overcooked. They were hard And only a couple of my fries had seasoning. Very disappointing.

I usually have a great experience with Zaxby but today was the worst. Employees playing around with the drink machine. Took forever to get my food. And then it was cold. They needed help in the Kitchen and the manager is just walking around in circles. No sense of urgency. I usually eat here once or twice a week but seeing the employees with not a care in the world definitely makes me reconsider.

My husband and I came by last night. We ordered a drive thru pick up through the zaxbys app. When we got to the speaker we told the lady we had a drive thru pick up order then proceeded to the window. The lady at the window asked us to pull up to the side door so we did. There was a car in front of us who was also sitting, waiting for their order which did eventually come out after a few minutes. In total we were there waiting about 25 minutes before I asked my husband if he could walk in and see what was going on and why our order was taking so long. Come to find out, it was left on the counter with no employees to be seen.
If we put our order in for the drive thru and you ask us to pull forward, we expect our order to be brought out to the car, not for us to go in looking for it.
Just got 3 of the new quesadilla, barely anything on it, cheese was nonexistent. Cheese is what makes a quesadilla. Chicken pieces need to be cut up smaller
