I sat at the drive thru for 10 before anyone took order. When I pulled up, she said I'll be with you in a moment, 10 minutes later I said excuse me to which the reply was given a moment. Ridiculous waiting to orderwfor over 10

Order the items drove the 15 minutes to get there and then I was the only one in Mobile pickup spot 1, then Waited for half an hour waiting on the mobile pick up finally went in they're all standing around and yes I hit the I am here button and as usual the food was mediocre again not worth my time my effort anymore.I checked the receipt and it was listed as mobile pickup and it also said the color of my truck can't get good help!!!

Last order had big pieces of paper cooked into the bread and chicken tenders. Nasty as hell. And when I called to complain, the young lady acted like she didn't give a flying fu©¢and refused to connect me with the manager. And the 1 bite I did take was super nasty! DISGUSTING FOOD AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!
