Employees are generally grumpy for the most part. If you go through the drive thru there's a good chance you'll be shorted & you'll have to pull up past the window and wait for food. New fries suck, onion rings no longer on the menu (which were really good). It will work in a pinch, but mostly a mid experience

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Hardee’s. When I got home and checked the bottom of my bag, I found a cigarette inside. That is completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and honestly disgusting. There is no reason something like that should ever end up in a customer’s food bag. This makes me seriously question the cleanliness and standards of this location. I won’t be returning until this issue is addressed.

Mobile order said pick up at 7:08 wasn't ready at 7:15 they ran out of coke and brought out my order at 7:30. Chicken tenders were dry and cold. The fries were cold as well. I'll try them again at a latter date maybe for breakfast.

My husband just left your location, and unfortunately, his order was extremely disappointing. The bread was hard, the burger was cold and tasted old, and the fries were just as bad. I honestly don’t understand how anyone could think it's acceptable to serve food in that condition—let alone expect customers to pay for it. This was a huge letdown and waste of money. Order#458862

My grandson and I went in for lunch against my better judgment and when the lady finally came to the register and I was going to give her my order, I looked at my grandson and ask him how many chicken strips did he want, she said” oh she’s not ready and walked off, needless to say we left and went to McDonald’s, there is absolutely no need for such rudeness!!!!

Went in at 6pm. No one else in dining room. Two employees loudly arguing in dining area. When one got done arguing she took my order telling me they were all out of fries. I will never go back to this Hardies.

Waited in line for two minutes and created a line behind me. I didn’t know if the sensor picked me up or not so I’ll ended up going To the window and told her I didn’t hear anything so I went through, but she said she was about to get to me after a minute of waiting And said I had to go all the way back Around and that Would have put me in a much longer wait since she didn’t give me we could’ve been right with you or anything like that. Went inside and waited for another five minutes and they just got awfully slow in there so I ended up leaving with a bad experience. Would not recommend this location. Called the manager and told her but she act like she didn’t even care.
