The manager Zach is the man! I had a vendor fall through for an event that I had planned, and he was able to get together a large last minute order to be ready for the next day. I will always return for anything related in the future. Thank you Zach!

Ordered a pizza via DoorDash tonight, got the pizza (16-inch Pepperoni, Garlic Knots, and a 2-Liter Pepsi). All got here on time, things seemed to be fine. Then my teenager took this out while picking out the pepperoni…. Thank god she is a picky eater! Imagine if she swallowed this! May have been an innocent mistake, though this could have ended VERY badly. To say I am frustrated is an understatement.

Manager is terrible. I told them they made the wrong size pizza when I got home and checked . He wanted me to bring it back and they would check it. I said why not pick it up and bring me the right size and he refused. Not my mistake why waste my time and money

I have been using this papajohns for over 3 years for birthday and sports parties. They always make it super easy to do the plan ahead option for those events. They are always ready on time and they pizzas are fresh and ready to go! I am thankful for this easy option for all our team parties! 🙏

It took almost an hour and a half to get the pizza and when I did the order was wrong.
I am sick and tired of orderding and paying for dipping sauces and not getting them. I'm sure I've paid for a dozen or more and not gotten them. I'm out!

Using the tracker, I arrived as it said the pizzas were ready. Got there and was told they are not ready. Was left waiting for 20 more minutes. After spending almost $100, I would expect better accuracy and consideration.

Pizza is typically good, can be a hit or miss. But why on earth do they only fill the sauce cups up a smidge? I can't believe they charge a dollar for these!!

We were at a hotel in the area and looking for a quick late night snack. The pizza was excellent! I wish we had a Papa John's in my neck of the woods near Scranton, PA. You'd put Domino's to shame.

They pick and choose when your in their delivery zone. They’ll deliver on monday. However if you call on Tuesday they’ll say they’ve never delivered to your address before. Very frustrating
