Using the tracker, I arrived as it said the pizzas were ready. Got there and was told they are not ready. Was left waiting for 20 more minutes. After spending almost $100, I would expect better accuracy and consideration.

Pizza is typically good, can be a hit or miss. But why on earth do they only fill the sauce cups up a smidge? I can't believe they charge a dollar for these!!

We were at a hotel in the area and looking for a quick late night snack. The pizza was excellent! I wish we had a Papa John's in my neck of the woods near Scranton, PA. You'd put Domino's to shame.

They pick and choose when your in their delivery zone. They’ll deliver on monday. However if you call on Tuesday they’ll say they’ve never delivered to your address before. Very frustrating

Placed an order online. There isn't any delivery because I live just on the other side of the county line. Ordered NY style pepperoni. Got cheese. Check the lable and see the pizza.

Kind of a hit or miss location. The food is not super consistent from visit to visit. Always tasty, but never quite the same. Employees inside are generally quite nice. With little room inside, it can easily feel crowded if even 2 or 3 other people are waiting or picking up orders.

For some reason papa John’s has their “curbside pickup” in the FIRE LANE… this needs to be changed ASAP.
Also, the food tastes like flavored cardboard. Always a weird smell and rude employees when you go inside here.

Kid-friendliness: Polite and courteous. Clean restaurant, quality food at a nice price:) not many restaurants out there with a kitchen as clean as this! Keep it up my friends:)

Had just spent 5 hrs at the emergency vets, it was 11:30, it was a life saver. Got the Shaq pepperoni it was great and the triple chocolate brownie is the best.

toppings are non existent out of 8 slices of a typical pizza only 5 pieces had 1 slice of salami other 3 were just cheese the buffalo chicken papadia had 3 tiny slices of chicken but was loaded with onions this place was bad 2 years ago now it’s almost certain to close soon flat out bad a red baron pizza is by far better but i guess it’s great they share parking lots with food lion where you can get a better pizza

It's a typical Papa John's, you don't go there for good pizza but convenience.Went to pay for my pizza and they would not accept my money. Never been anywhere in America that won't take cash. I would have left the pizza sitting on the counter and walked out but I used my reward points to pay for part of it. I had to use a card to pay for the rest because I guess we no longer accept cash here in America. No worries I will never be back here again.
