Pizza was made cheap. All I could taste was the crust. Ordered hand tossed but was given a thin crust. Definitely not worth the money nor the drive.

So I received my pizza and it was COLD I asked to speak to the manager on duty JIM. He get on the phone and say “ And what’s the problem” I said they problem is my pizza is cold. Mind you I wanted 40 mins for the pizza. He tells me he can give me 25 % back on my order or I can keep the cold pizza and wait another 40 minutes for them to bring me a HOT pizza and give the driver the cold pizza back. Bad attitude for a manager and I will be in the speak to Zachary if that’s actually the General Manager!

The manager Zach is the man! I had a vendor fall through for an event that I had planned, and he was able to get together a large last minute order to be ready for the next day. I will always return for anything related in the future. Thank you Zach!

Ordered a pizza via DoorDash tonight, got the pizza (16-inch Pepperoni, Garlic Knots, and a 2-Liter Pepsi). All got here on time, things seemed to be fine. Then my teenager took this out while picking out the pepperoni…. Thank god she is a picky eater! Imagine if she swallowed this! May have been an innocent mistake, though this could have ended VERY badly. To say I am frustrated is an understatement.
Manager is terrible. I told them they made the wrong size pizza when I got home and checked . He wanted me to bring it back and they would check it. I said why not pick it up and bring me the right size and he refused. Not my mistake why waste my time and money

I have been using this papajohns for over 3 years for birthday and sports parties. They always make it super easy to do the plan ahead option for those events. They are always ready on time and they pizzas are fresh and ready to go! I am thankful for this easy option for all our team parties! 🙏
