This is the second time we get hair in our food! The first time was last week. My husband had a hair in his salad ? today we went back on a whim and had a long blonde hair in our cookie. Called them and was told we could get a free cookie. But I'm worried it may be in other cookies as well smh they didn't seem to care ? definitely not going back!!!

So slow. The workers are super slow. Had to tell him how to make the sub.If there was another place to go in stedman, nc I would have left. Good thing they have a captive customer base or they would be out of business.

Stale bread hard as a rock and so much pepperoni I thought I'd order a pizza this is the 2nd time with Stale bread at least last time it wasn't 95% pepperoni won't be going back there even though it's down the street I'm done with this store they won't get me in there anymore got the 3 for 19 and I wouldn't recommend this store to my enemy let alone a friend you see it in pic the dog's will get the rest since they have already gotten rock hard bread very disappointing used to be good

The young girls that usually work the midafternoon shift during the week are a complete JOY. They are extremely friendly with the customers and always have a smile on their face. The store is always clean and well stocked. I probably eat here more than I should, but it's always a great experience which makes it tough to resist the urge.

The absolute worst establishment on Clinton Road. They are so slow. It took almost 10 minutes to make six subs then I was informed that I couldn't get my toppings on the side but instead would have to pay an extra $15 for a veggie platter. The girls are very dry not much personality but the owner is far worse never again will I give my money to the subway!!!!

I keep trying to give this location a chance but today was the last straw. The time before last the sub maker set my 4 breads out and walked away I watched as flies gathered on my bread. Another sub maker came out an proceed to make my subs I said excuse me flies were all over the breads. She places them to the side and also another sub maker what to do with the bread ??♀️. She grabs new bread shewing flies away and makes my subs quickly. The last time before today I had issues, the machine ended up breaking cause the cashier didn't know how to ring up my deals causing a 15 minute wait while the register rebooted. Today I didn't wanna face any of them so I ordered online and I wish I hadn't. I ordered 4 footlongs and they were all sloppily made and made wrong, wrong breads,breads were overbaked and dark and hard and crunchy, wrong cheeses, meat was skim and didn't even reach to the end. I got so angered that I ended up dropping one on the floor as I pulled the paper off it praying that at least one would be correct. It rolled off my counter smack onto the floor now one of my children are without a sub and forced to share a sub with their sibling. From now on I'll take the trip to Eastover subway because Stedman subway has turned into trash.

Walked into a clean well stocked and orderly store. Food was prepared as ordered and was very fresh. Only 2 issues. One was the owner was there but didn't speak. Second was the employee asked me to repeat my order 3 times. I speak clearly so once ok, twice ok it happens, 3 times and I gotta deduct a star. I will try again next week and include pictures. Update: Went back second week review is the same.
