Please update your hours to be accurate of when you are actually open. I was extremely disappointed to be told hours are 6am when the Google site clearly says 530am. Also launch your damn cash register earlier or have a backup system. I waited 10 minutes just to be told you couldn’t sell me anything. Terrible service

We just went thru the drive thru, and whoever was at the diver thru order taker was EXTREMELY RUDE!! 7:50pm on Nov. 16, 2024 we put in an order for a #1 big mac with a strawberry milkshake....she quickly cut off my husband and said we don't have milkshakes. He then asked for a frappe.....she repeated what he said in a snarky way and then rudely hollarded back talking down to him and saying, I CANT HEAR YOU! .speak louder !!! speaking down to him....I know this is just McDonalds, but really? This girl was very rude.....we drove off....nothing you sell is worth being treated this badly!!

Drive thru sucks, they don't know how to alternate line equally, I sat lane 2 for 10 mins watching cars lanen1 go in front of me. I backed up went to lane 1 then they let lane two thru before me. either the staff is messing with me or they're that plain stupid.

My wife's boss was being unprofessional to her because she had a bad night do to her medical condition my wife is a good person and she works hard the boss wouldn't even explain why she was being rude and not explaining anything I think it is unprofessional

Had an incredibly horrible experience with a woman that was at the ordering part. My mother who is hard of hearing politely asked the woman for the menu items that we wanted and she was extremely rude and when I asked her to repeat herself she wouldn't she said you could just go you don't need to get this food. Herbal experience horrible service and I definitely will not be returning and I will be spreading the word

Not much to say. It was a McDonald's, you know what you want when you come here and it is ok. Nothing wrong with that. Although they were out of what I ordered and I imagine the ice cream machine was down. However I will return. Promotions through their app needs improvements. Make sure to read everything on their promotions.
This store seems to be discombobulated. I ordered our food, they told me they would call out my #. I sat down, watched them place a bag on the counter and never called a #. I assumed it was a call- in order. 2 minutes later I decided to go see if my food was ready as we had already waited about 10 minutes. The bag of food was my order. Not only was I upset that my food sat there that long but now it was cold. Also, I had to ask for our drinks, only to be told they were specialty drinks and it takes awhile. It was coffee!!!!! After the lady made them she sat them on the counter, shoved them to me without looking and walked off. No apologies, no eye contact. This store needs people that love to help people, not just there to get a paycheck!
