Excellent service and the food was prepared perfectly! I always ask for freshly fried chicken and the team accommodated. Some locations refuse to drop fresh chicken, even after telling them that I was willing to wait.

Is it possible to leave a zero star? I went through today at around 6:00 for just a three piece meal and got absolutely no service after 53 minutes. I was completely ignored inside and one girl was too busy on her phone me and another customer kept asking how to get served in our just get Shrugged shoulders and was told I could try the drive-through but she would get to me when she could. I ended up leaving and never even got served. This is disgraceful.

Stopped by this Bojangles around 7pm for a quick bite on my way to Charleston, SC. When I got to the door, it was locked, even though the sign clearly stated the dining room was open until 10pm. The drive-thru looked open, with cars in line, but I don’t eat in my car, so I left and ended up finding somewhere better in Myrtle Beach. Very frustrating to see incorrect hours posted and waste time. Disappointing experience!

The store itself was very dated and in need of several repairs. Broken ceiling tiles, parts of the walls pealing off, etc.. The service was extremely slow and seemed very disorganized. A group of people walked out and verbally expressed their dissatisfaction for the service they received. The food was typical fast food, so nothing spectacular. If your looking for a quick stop, this is probably not the place to go.

You can spend 20 minutes in the drive-thru for a piece of chicken on a biscuit. Why did the pay for non-skilled workers get raised, while they've gone from no skill to negative skill.

This place is ridiculous. How are you supposed to be open and nobody is there to take your order! I pulled up to drive thru the lady is in there saying they're not open!
The absolute worst Bojangles, and possibly the worst restaurant I have ever eaten at. The mgmt is rude to customers as well as fellow employees. We had to wait 20 minutes today for fries. Every time we go it seems like a total state of confusion. Never again.
