Good afternoon I had the privilege of meeting the 3 lovely young ladies working late night on 8/7/2025. I think there names were Emma, Moreen & Jenna. The professionalism and kindness they provided me was bar none at least!! I will 1000% recommend this store and thanks again for just being nice and smiling. Keep up the good work ladies!!

3.7 average is an overrate for this place. Service slow, got my order wrong, lost my steak biscuit, and with a 92.5 sanitation. Do better at managing this sub par franchise.

Always use the drive-thru for breakfast. We have never had a problem. Drive-thru staff pretty nice.

This was one of the nastiest stores I’ve EVER SEEN. Every single table in this restaurant was dirty. There is waste from the trash cans spilled all over the dining room floor. It stinks so bad. The bathrooms are dirty as well. The sanitizer buckets filled with trash and the lady behind the counter was taking orders and making food without washing her hands. I could literally see the dirt on her hands. I kindly asked to wash her hands before she made our food. Don’t drink out of the fountain drink machine you might get sick the caps where nasty. The manager had every excuse in the book and no solution.

this experience was really horrible, didn’t wash there hands when making our food after taking the trash out last minute, and mind u a customer had to tell them to take the trash out . tables were extremely dirty and we had to tell them to clean there tables because it was a big mess. dirty floors , people were slipping including them. ac was not working its freaking hot in there. then cups are dirty ( wiped it with a napkin and it was DIRT IN THEM. ) DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL.

me and my friend went here on our way out from oak island to get some breakfast and this was not a good experience. i did get my bacon egg and cheese biscuit but my friend ordered the chicken sandwich and they lost the ticket for her food. yes it was very busy and we were giving them grace on how long our food was taking because we understand. i got my food and after i finished my food my friend still had not got hers even though multiple people that were behind us had. we kindly went up to the workers and asked them to cancel the order because we had to leave and didn’t want to wait any longer for it. the manager was VERY rude and was refusing to give the refund because she “already made it”. after some back and forth we finally got the refund but i do not understand how losing a whole order is possible and the way the staff handled this situation was very disrespectful. being busy does not constitute being rude to your customers.

We left the beach Sunday 7/20/25 and decided to stop here on the way home to grab some food for the kids. Went inside to let them move their legs a bit before driving 3 hours. Honestly the worst fast food experience we have had. The lady handing out food was yelling at her staff, cursing at and about them. Inside the restaurant was about 5 degrees cooler than outside. It was so hot in the building, my kids couldn’t even finish their food. The dinning room was in pretty rough shape also. This location could do MUCH better, considering the opportunity they have to make tons of profit. Expecting your staff to work in those conditions is wrong. Not only for the staff but for all of the customers. Do better.
