The food was very good - wish the customer Experience was the same. The person behind the counter barked “here or to go” when we were standing back (clearly not ready to order)— Zero smile or anything related to customer service. We ordered to go and waited politely and patiently at the end of the counter. We could clearly hear all their conversations regarding their bad reviews and how they didn’t understand some of them and another worker expressed not caring about any of that. We then heard the drive thru LOUDLY ask if anyone was “helping the people at the counter because they are just standing there staring at me”. Ma’am, we were not staring we were looking at each other and having a conversation about our plans for the day. I understand restaurant is hard, I’ve done it - my mom retired from the Golden Arches.. but the cussing and loud talking about things that are not necessary.. C’mon. Have pride In yourself and your work— if you don’t like your job, get a new one but may want to change your attitude and manners first.

This store is dirty and has some very rude unprofessional employees. I have requested the health department check this location out. I can’t believe Bojangles wants to be represented this way so sad.

We ordered delivery from here this evening. We have quite the crowd, and ordered a 12 piece family meal, 8 piece family meal, and desserts. The chicken was decent but not amazing which is to be expected. But..we should have had 12 biscuits and were sent none. Also, instead of the 2 large coleslaws, we were given two individual sized coleslaws. Then, we only received 1 of the two half gallon sweet teas.
So I called the store, was very polite, as we are not rude people. The woman we spoke to said we needed to call corporate. No appology at all!! I do not mind mistakes. Things happen- new staff, call offs, unexpected rush, etc...
But what I cannot stand is when mistakes are made and nobody takes accountability or makes it right. 💯

One of the worst Bojangles I’ve been to. 90% sanitation. Food prep area very dirty. Food wasn’t very fresh either. Service wasn’t very good. Just keep on driving by.
Seemed to take a really long time to take orders and there was a really long line.
