Got to the window and told me to order when ready then didn’t answer me when I said I was ready so I had to call the store and let them know I was in the speaker. Then ordered and she was already rude and told me I would need to wait 5 minutes for no rounds, okay no biggie I understand so when I asked her to repeat my order she spoke SO fast I could barely understand her. We pulled up waited about 7 minutes then went in and they did not even drop the bo rounds yet. Pissed but okay whatever so come back to car and wait. Realized the drink was wrong. They finally bring the food out and realize they gave me fries instead of Mac and cheese for a kids order. Took it back in and told them and they said we would need to purchase a side because it’s what we ordered. I understand FULLY that people mess up customers and workers but it’s how you treat people. We cussed them out yes won’t deny that but that was after we were talked to as we were stupid, and wrong when they could have said sorry for making you wait and then replace the side item. The worker wanted to call the cops for trespassing even after she flipped off my husband. Really bo jangles ? Do better.

Hours say they open at 530 but they never are. Tried to go inside at 540 but doors are still locked and a see a guy inside playing on his phone. I tap window and he looks over and says they still closed. Guess his phone more important than getting things ready so they can open in time. Sorry management. Won't b back.

I put in a catering order on 3/3/24 for Tuesday 3/5, I had to double the order on 3/4, they were very helpful. I came in on 3/5 for pick up and my order was fresh,hot, and ready to go!I was very pleased with the customer service at the Supply store! The team there did a great job!! Many thanks to them for making my breakfast drop off a huge success!!
Never really cared for their food but tried there new chicken and rice bowl. It was pretty good.

Starting with FOOD, they get 1 star, this is my 2nd visit and both time my Cajun Filet Biscuit is so dried out I can barley eat it (the biscuit itself is good but the chicken is so dry it's like jerky).SERVICE is ok (fast and somewhat friendly). ATMOSPHERE, did not go in, cannot say.I'll give them 1 more try before I give up on them

Employees was telling us they closed at 9 when their schedule says 10pm and the woman at the register was racist. They told us it was closed and 10 minutes after their family members got in and they were taking pictures and doing freaking tiktok videos, we were 15 guys ordering at 8:58pm after working 14 hours and they treat us like we were asking for food, disgusting service not coming back again. The worst bojangles ever please change personal or at least show them how to treat people right. We spent 185$$

I've just about don't bother with Bojangles much or very often because their biscuits fall apart and it becomes a big mess! Not sometimes...everytime. I've complained about it only to hear Biscuits crumble. To which I replied, perhaps they are too much shortening in their dough. Seriously. That could be the problem. Some one from Corporate needs to take a look at their recipe.Other than that..They do have the BEST Sweet Tea. Always ask for extra ice.
