Waited an hour and a half for a delivery, no delivery. Waited 15 mins on hold for a refund, no answer. Went to the store for a refund and was told my order was in the oven. Still wanted the refund, they said I’d see my money in 2 days. I understand waiting during the tourist season. But this is ridiculous, no offer to make it right. Terrible customer service.

I tried to place an order today twice with this place and twice my order was canceled on line just as it was being baked in the oven first time ,second time they started to prep it then abruptly canceled it after I had already been charged for it. The Manager called first time claiming they did not have any drivers and was laughing over the phone. Second time I called and again got the excuse they had no drivers!!! So I told them they have lost my business. It was not more an hour later I saw a driver coming down our street delivering pizzas this after I had ordered from another pizza place farther away which made me angry!!! you have lost my business now and I think the manager there Hassan should be fired if not questioned on this faisco!! I had better be refunded on my two credit cards that I tried to use.

We ordered the pizza, they took it to the wrong location….they said they got to the house and no one was there and when the called the number the person on the line said they didn’t order a pizza. They lied about the number they had on file because when we double checked everything was correct. The address we entered was correct and we said there is no way no one was there because we were standing outside cleaning a boat. Then they changed their story and said that there was a gated community… we don’t live in a gated community. We asked if they could bring it back and they denied..

The dominos app messed up our location and instead of it going to Southport it went to this location, we called to see what we needed to do to void the payment & cancel the order. The person on the phone was extremely helpful & nice, but the people in the background were rude, disrespectful, and very unprofessional.
