Ginny's chicken is a little country style restraunt with all the country charm. Nothing fancy, but nothing lacking. Great food and staff. I get my biscuits and gravey and coffee alot here.
Was somewhat disappointed. Has browns in a square mot shredded..therefore somewhat greasy. Eggs seemed a little cold. Bacon was good and price also.
Best breakfast and fried Chicken in Holden!
It was pitiful! Chicken was way cold and potato wedges we're black and burnt taste! My first and last time!

Bacon was hard and tasted like grease hashbrowns cooked to long also got a side order of tomatoes and the was only 1 and it was very small but the country ham and eggs were good .

If you like to meet the local people while on vacation and enjoy a good meal, stop in and check out Ginny's Chicken House. The prices are very affordable for an entire family and the owners and staff are very personable. They have indoor as well as outdoor dining and it is easy to get in and out of.
We go here for breakfast alot. Good food, and service. Small dining room. The price is really reasonable. Free coffee and tea refills.
Long wait and it wasn't crowded. Good breakfast biscuits though.
First went in to the bathroom and there were roaches on the sink. Ordered biscuits and gravy with tea. The tea was soo nasty. They wouldn't exchange it for a soda unless I paid for it. They said something is wrong with the water that's why the tea tasted bad. So if you're germaphobic, I watched as the woman (who was extremely rude) took money and then made toast and touched the food! Nobody had gloves and no hair nets! Biscuits were nasty and gravy was gloppy and over peppered. The eggs that were ordered were supposed to be over light, but they were hard. Took them back and they put them on someone else's plate!!!! Wouldn't give a refund. Don't go.
