Great chicken sandwich. The server at the window was very kind and attentive. I received my food quickly and correctly. The only issue was a large fry truly didn't seem large. Maybe I let myself get too hungry before stopping but that fry wasn't big for a large. Lol

Got the fried chicken. I wish I would have gone to bojangles for the chicken. The staff were nice but overwhelmed with visitors. People from the drive-through coming back inside and complaining about not getting the right things.

I went by and grabbed lunch on the way back to work. I order a regular cheeseburger and fries. I grabbed some fries out of my bag on the way to the office and they where cold and hard. I said well I will have my cheeseburger all is good. But when I got back to my office and open my cheeseburger it was also cold and the bread was hard. This is not the first time I have had this problem and stop going because of that reason but i thought I would give it another chance. If you have a great tasting product but serve is cold and hard then you kill the taste. Why is it so hard to get hot or at least warm food.

Food was subpar. I will not go back to this one. Hash browns were warm, closer to the cooler side. My Bisquit omelet with sausage hash barely any sausage and egg, which is disappointing. It's fast food, it's very rare fast food gets a 5 star.

We just went through the drive in at this location on our way home. After placing our order, we were asked to pull forward to wait for our food. We ended up waiting for a while before our order was brought out to the car. When we got back on the road, we found our food to be non edible. We had gotten a #1 and a #2 combos. Everything was literally cold. The lettuce on our burgers was wilted. Because of how long we had to wait for our food, we didn't have time to go back to get this corrected. We tried making the best of it and removing the bad lettuce. But the meat on our burgers. Didn't taste right. As I write this review, our entire meal that costed over $23 is back in the bag to be thrown away. I'm not one to complain over nothing and write a bad review. Most of the reviews I leave are glowing 5 star reviews. Hardee's, if you have ME leaving a negative review like this, you really messed up.
