Every time I’m unfortunate enough to have to stop at this place I have never had a good experience. Throw the whole place and staff away. Flat out disrespectful, unprofessional, and disgusting.

Disappointing. None of the food was hot but instead lukewarm. The biscuit was "tough" and out of the 2 biscuits that I purchased one was thrown away and I only ate about 75% of the other. Otherwise, the individual working the counter was unpleasant and seemingly hated her job.

1st time here today and will not go back! Ordered an 8 piece chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy. $29. Went to the drive thru. Woman handed us the chicken then handed us a bag with the mashed potatoes and gravy. Bag was wet from the gravy that was spilt. The mashed potatoes were gritty and the gravy was very watery. Go to Bo Jangles next door to it.

The food is pretty consistent if you get what you ordered. I order online and pick up inside. I’ve had to go back in 3 times in the last few months to get it corrected. This time I was handed hash browns not in a bag and they went everywhere when I slipped on the greasy floor leaving. While I cleaned it up, the cashier yelled across the room do I need another one. No thanks, I’m done.

Slow service tables are always dirty Also I was at counter and stood there 10 minutes they are only considered with drive threw no sweet tea in lobby
We where heading home from Myrtle Beach and stopped here for Lunch. Took forever to get our order and pay because the register wasn't working right. Then our whole order was messed up. Missing a sandwich, then I ordered a 5 piece tender and got 3. And the chicken had to of been sitting forever because it was hard and chewy. The mashed potatoes and gravy was just nasty. Then before we left with our order we of course said something and the manager got mad because they messed up our order. The bathroom had toilet paper everywhere and the drink machine was leaking all on the floor. They have to have a different manager because I usually stop here while traveling to Myrtle Beach and I've never had customer service this bad. And the food is usually good.

Service was good, but the chicken was for a toddler and the overall experience is a one out of five. I recommend going next store to Bojangles. The order taker was a nice young man. Do not go to this Hardee's.
