One of the worst Hardee's my husband and I has ever been in. Hot ham and cheese was cold the cheese wasn't even melted. His food was cold as well The fries was old and half cooked For sure don't know what ice is 4 little cubes for a large drink. It was our first and last time at this hardee's. Lady that took our order was super friendly

Won’t be ordering here ever again. Messed up every meal in a three order meal. Door dashed food as I couldn’t leave with my baby. Burger came with mayo even though I requested no mayo. Kids meals both came with no fries. Not sure how you mess up every meal. Calling in did little to rectify my issues. Guess it’s a waste of money as I can’t eat this burger now. First experience and last experience here.

I don’t understand why the dining area was closed before it’s time. I came around 8:16 pm hoping to come in and order and both doors ended up being locked and a short Hispanic guy with broccoli like hair just stared at me while walking to the back room. The dining area supposedly closes at 10 pm so what the hell???? Rude staff and just pure laziness on their part. This place should be under new management.

Honestly the food wasn’t bad. Me and my mom were on a little date and got some food here. We came in and it was lowkey awkward. We continue to order and my mom said that she wanted NO onions on her hot dog and made it very clear that she didn’t want it. We were very polite and everything but whatever. Onions on hot dog. Disappointed.

It’s a nice location, but some staff members need a reality check. This is the first time I’ve ever had such a bad interaction with a staff member that I’ve made the effort to leave a review. Nicole in particular had an unprompted attitude towards me. Not sure if she was just having a bad day, but it was very unprofessional regardless. My food was also incorrect and cold. I’ve had poor interactions with staff in the past at this location, so I’d have to recommend you stay away and make the drive to Shallotte instead.
