New York Corner Deli Reviews
It is one of the dirtiest restaurants I have seen in this country or any developed country. The restrooms are filthy. I looked for their health department inspection certificate but did not see it.
I get the breakfast sandwich, eggs over easy, cheese and a sausage patty. I’ve ordered this before at other restaurants and NYCD is the only place that gets over easy right. Gooey and runny, just the way a perfect breakfast should be!
Of all the places on and off island, this is the one to go to. Highly recommended! 💕
Great food and friendly service. Always a good place to stop by 😋

New York Corner Deli is a reliable and delicious spot for breakfast or lunch on the island. Their breakfast burritos and egg salad sandwich are particularly popular, and they offer vegetarian-friendly protein options. The friendly and accommodating staff are happy to modify orders to suit dietary restrictions. Classics like chicken cutlet, fresh cut roast beef, and the famous Italian sandwich are fan favorites, and don't forget to add an extra sour pickle! Customers praise the gooey and runny eggs over easy on the breakfast sandwich, and the top-tier pastrami on rye and NY style hot dog. The outdoor patio is pet friendly and kid friendly, making it a great place to sit and enjoy a meal. Many visitors appreciate the friendly staff who are informative and welcoming. The food is fresh, plentiful, and consistently good, with some mentioning the Reuben and pastrami as standout sandwiches. Despite being busy at times near the order counter, the upstairs seating area is spacious and comfortable. Overall, with top-notch service and food, New York Corner Deli is a must-visit on Topsail Island.
