Visited this Domino’s today and had a genuinely great experience. I’m not sure if the person at the counter was the manager, but he carried himself like one, welcoming, calm, and very generous. I asked for some water for my kid, and he handed us a bottle. When I offered to pay, he simply said it was on them. This may seem odd to some, but I am leaving a five star review despite not receiving what I ordered, and here's why:
When you order from a place as busy as this location, mistakes are bound to happen. The staff are human and nobody should expect them to be perfect all the time.
