One of my family’s favorite places in Topsail! We literally visit on a daily basis when we are there! If you see a long line, just know that it’s worth the wait!

Great, rich ice cream. The owners are nice and there's a cool little coffee and gift shop attached. Central location to walk the pier or most others things you'd want to get to right next to the bridge. 10/10

All I have to say was your bourbon infused espresso ice cream was so delicious and unlike any other flavor I am able to get at home! It’s a must try !!!

Absolutely the best ice cream we’ve ever had. We come here every single time we’re down in surf city…which is pretty often. We did an ice cream tour this summer to have some fun with our teenagers and we tried many ice shops. Everyone agreed Sea Blue is their favorite! And the owners are super friendly. We love this place!!!!
