I shopped late last year. I had a wonderful new donut, Carmel,etc. I went on my way home from Asheville again. I started to ask girl if they had this donut. She was short with me,curt and dismissive. I then got 9 crullers,3 maple doughnuts. Ate one of crullers in the car stopped the donuts were 15.00! I took the box showed a guy that asked me what was wrong. I took out a donut,tapped it on the counter he could see my problem. The donut was Hard as a rock! He refunded my money but, I was very disappointed in the quality of the donuts. This was around 4 o'clock at purchased time. This will be my last time spending my money on dessert.

I ordered 50 munchkins on the Dunkin app. I got day-old stale munchkins. I went back to the store and they replaced the munchkins but some of them were fresh and some were still stale.

I would love to say good things about this store, but I didn’t get a chance to enjoy it. I came to the store and they had closed the dining area and locked the doors. That is fine, but they didn’t put up a sign stating the drive through was open. However when I go to open the door and there is someone there that see’s me and ignores me it is infuriating. Just put up a sign people!!! Don’t ignore me. Just let me know and I will go around. I won’t go back. You’ve just lost my business because your employees are incompetent or just plain rude.

Ordered food at 8am today, Sunday (Nov 5th)morning. The woman who was doing the intercom/ ordering....... wow. So rude. Her demeanor made us want to stop ordering and go somewhere else. She should not be taking orders. We were a complete burden to her. I get it was a big order but isn't that good for Dunkin Donuts, that we spend a lot of money?? Don't spread your negative vibes to the customers. Our food tasted good and the woman who took our payment was fine.

The young man who waited on me was very kind and accommodating. The coffee was AWFUL and the mini donuts tasted as if they were a week old. Dry and had to be thrown out. That was a $10 bill that went up in
