The owner Kim was very great to work with, she was very thorough and great with communication. We had a call 2 weeks prior to my wedding to discuss final details, headcount, etc. I opted for a grazing table with charcuterie for my cocktail hour. Kim's team came and set up a beautiful display and everything was delicious. I highly recommend Fresh As Can Bee for all your catering needs.

Recently, my wife and I hosted a 'morning after the wedding breakfast' at the Black Mountain Hampton Inn hotel. Living in another state, we turned to Kim Gilliland, owner of 'Fresh As Can Bee' catering two months ago to make this happen. A few phone calls and emails later, Kim with her kindness and knowledge helped us plan the menu for our breakfast. Kim's true magic, however, starts on the day of the event. Her staff that morning of Carma and Jess were so pleasant and helpful throughout the morning to all our guests. Their display of all the food was so appealing even before you took your first bite. Kim's food was so delicious and the variety so abundant that some of our guests were making plates for their long ride home after eating that morning in the room. One family member told me Kim's catered breakfast was so much more delicious than what he ordered for his son's 'after wedding breakfast' at a prestigious New York hotel. Kudos to Kim Gilliland and the staff of Fresh As Can Bee catering. You deserve more than five stars!!!!

We felt very confident in their hands.My husband is an organic vegetable farmer. Local delicious food is very important to him...and they delivered. Kim and her entire crew at Fresh As Can Bee could not have done a better job for my wedding! All of my friends and family raved about the food, including my very picky dad who is a huge foodie! My dad had a vision for the food at my wedding, and Kim spoke with him directly as well as with me (the bride) to ensure it was everything we both wanted! She was also able to accomodate my three wedding guests who were vegetarian. Kim could not be easier to work with as she is so sweet and replies back to emails super quickly! I would absolutely recommend her and her company!
