I had the Lootts burger and it was one of the best burgers I have ever eaten. My wife and son had the pear grilled cheese and they must have been great because I couldn’t get a bite. The service was great and they had a good selection of beer on tap.

Am concerned...used to be one our fave places. Got take-out wings for a weekend game. The wings were tasty...but the ranch and blue cheese dressing were disgusting. Like dipping your wing in milk...SO watered down. Are there financial issues??

We had heard a lot of good things about Loots but were disappointed for an evening meal. Fried pickles were too thick, wings were over cooked and served with a watery ranch, and our wedge salads were ok but way overpriced. We will try again for brunch and for burgers.

We had read reviews and thought it might be good but we were so surprised how great the food was! The atmosphere was beautiful with a large outdoor patio. I had the rice bowl with kimchi and it so tasty. It is also a brewery with a great selection of beers and wine. Check it out, it was so good.

I ordered the arugula salad with chicken for lunch. All I got was some arugula lettuce, chicken and dressing. No apples or cheese as described. Very disappointed.

Guy bartender was super nice, female bartender was very short and rude, almost like she was annoyed to take our food order but nevertheless the food was amazing. The gyro was amazing! The Brussel sprouts are to die for, and I don’t like Brussel sprouts but goodness, these were amazing! The waffle fries were great, their ranch is so good. Burger was ok but not our favorite. Overall, definitely a place to stop in and try!
Parking: Parking is not great, definitely do not suggest with a bigger vehicle.

Beware that this is purely order at the counter. You get your own water, pick up your own napkins and silverware, and you bus your own table. AND, you get asked to tip them. And then you get to go pick up your food when it’s done. They don’t have a soda machine, only cans of seltzer and bottles of coke. This is the stupidest experience ever.
This was my second visit to Loott House. I don’t eat red meat so menu options are limited. Having said that the brussel sprouts were excellent. Got the rice bowl with chicken. Supposedly had some kim chi, corn and some sort of sauce. There was virtually no sauce, a spoonful of kimchi, a little corn and not much else. The picture showed lots of sauce. Either they ran out or were stingy. Not good. First visit was a different bowl but same problem, no flavor. Space is great and Terra Nova’s beer is good. Just order something other than the bowl.

Loved the rice bowl. My friend’s burger and fries looked terrific. The seating is weird. Low chairs, high tables or the reverse… Hope they work this out. Makes sitting at the bar preferable. Or takeout… Waze takes you to their old Tunnel Road location. They should move their sign on Tunnel over to their new location... The signage on the new building has the Terra Nova name with Loott’s only in the corner of the window.
