Dairy Queen Reviews
We take the kids there today. They got kids meal, hot dogs. We ordered the 7.00 meals. Fries were gross, cold, under cooked. None of us ate them. Chicken fingers were not warm and felt microwaved. They were out of chocolate ice cream and when I asked if they could put sprinkles or anything I was told no. I finally said I’ll pay extra to get them dipped in chocolate. We got the sundaes with hot fudge. They put the smallest amount of fudge you could possibly put. The older lady...read full review
We ordered using the app about 840/845. Amount was charged to my bank card. Went to pick up about 850pm. Door was locked. Called and employee that answered said that they don’t have that app order and “by the way I decided to close 30 minutes ago.” Supposed to be open to 9. I return next day to get refund from manager. Dairy Queen Grill & Chill offers non-dairy and sugar-free ice cream options. The restaurant is very kid-friendly with interactive games for families. Food is made to order, so customers can expect a wait, but the customer service is generally good. While the drive-thru can sometimes be slow, the ice cream is always good when the machines are working. The menu includes hamburgers, sandwiches, and more. Parking can be a challenge, but using a backup camera can help. Recent visitors mentioned that the ice cream is very good, especially the blizzards which stay cold on hot days, and the bathroom is kept clean. Many customers enjoy the soft serve, as it brings back nostalgic memories of early teen years and summer days. However, some reviews noted issues with food quality, such as the hot dog chili being overcooked and tasting burnt, and that they were out of Snickers for Blizzards. There were also complaints about the consistency of service, with some customers feeling disappointed with the way sundaes and other treats were prepared. Despite these issues, the place remains popular for ice cream and casual dining, especially for families and ice cream lovers.
