24 minutes in a drive through for 4 blizzards. Sat at the window for 10 minutes before anyone came to the window. With this being said, there was a lobby full of people with only 2 teens working. One running around like there's no tomorrow and the other just standing doing nothing. No adult management or not enough employees to work the establishment. Whomever runs this place should be ashamed of themselves.

Disappointed in Dairy Queen.For the amount of money I spent my kids should not have burgers that are pink, stink and can most definitely make them ill.On top of that the lady working said to the guy working the register I'm not doing that for you again (I do believe she thought I left because I ordered to go) due to ordering food for my 5 family members. She then proceeds to continue to discuss the amount of food she had to cook.

Have been there on other occasions but thi will be the first time I've left a review. Overall the store is dirty outside and inside. called numerous times and could only get an answering machine that said "mail box not working". Went to store 21 Jan to see if an item had been turned from 19 Jan and it hadn't but mentioned about their phone and he said it hasn't worked right in the 3 years he worked there. Anyway call general manager today 22 Jan and suggested they get their phone working and was totally blown off and she hung on me and did not get a chance to mention about the quality of the establishment. Will not go to this DQ again.

The redheaded woman at the window needs to be fired, I've worked in customer service for over a decade and I would never have someone with her attitude be the face of a business. We ordered 5 ice creams and while ordering she groaned several times over the intercom when we asked for a tray for our FIVE icecreams she slammed the window on us. Can't say I'll be back anytime soon and wouldn't trust any food made by this dairy queen.

What a terrible disappointment. My daughters had their winter concert and wanted ice cream. I checked the hours online and we drove the 20 minutes to get it at this location. Lobby was already locked, but drive through light said open. That also was inaccurate. Lady looked at us in the window then continued to clean. Happy to spend my $27.00 at Mcdonalds. Will not make this trip again.

I had a coupon to bogo for $1 stacker sandwiches and a large onion ring. I asked the woman at the window could I please get one stacker without onions and the other one with only chili, mustard and ketchup. She said sure honey as they are really just double cheeseburgers anyway. I told her that she awesome and thank you so much.They asked me to pull in front of the establishment and they would bring it right out.The manager brought out a little bag with a burger in it and told me to have a good evening, it was around 6:30 p.m.I asked her where was the rest of my food as I had ordered $15 worth. She said that was it and asked for my receipt (same woman that asked me to pull in front. She went inside and brought me the rest of the order. I was happy or so I thought. Got home sat down to eat and the burgers were not edible. The one I asked no onions was loaded with onions, the other one had only mustard, ketchup, onions and pickle. Yea I tried to swallow it down only to bite into crispy burnt to a crisp meat. I took them both apart only to look at hockey pucks. They were so hard I had to break it with my hands. At this point I told myself to take them back tomorrow which I did.I gave the food to the manager only to be told we aren't going to refund or replace the food. I was stunned, she did tell me that she would throw the food in the trash for me though.She then proceeded to tell me the reason they wouldn't help me. I didn't bring the food back within a two hour period, no matter I bought it in Onslow county and I live in Carteret county down hwy 58 almost to Stella. I wouldn't have been able to get it back within that time limit no matter what I did.Enjoy!

This place used to be a must and a favorite. Now and for some time the service is always questionable and time delayed messing up orders .. up to 20 min waiting in drive thru then told pull around ... I think they still haven't recovered from COVID and lack of employees, the ones that are there ... aren't very happy or energetic, blizzards hve been not full last few times and always majorly repeating a lot of order over and over the speak system needs redo or something! Childhood favorite and my kids now it's like just drive over the bridge and back to avoid it if u really want a night and day experience. Hopefully they take a deep dive and work on it soon, miss the old way this location was.

Normal food (hamburgers, sandwiches, ? etc..) so, so. Anything having to do with ice cream is good when the machines are working. Dairy Queen backs up to the Piggly Wiggly parking lot. Parking can be a challenge. Just use your backup camera ? when backing up.
