Went through the drive thru. Attitude the whole time. They forgot to give us a straw. We asked politely for the straws and attitude again. Not even busy. Understand people have bad days.
This place used to be a must and a favorite. Now and for some time the service is always questionable and time delayed messing up orders .. up to 20 min waiting in drive thru then told pull around ... I think they still haven't recovered from COVID and lack of employees, the ones that are there ... aren't very happy or energetic, blizzards hve been not full last few times and always majorly repeating a lot of order over and over the speak system needs redo or something! 24 minutes in a drive through for 4 blizzards. Sat at the window for 10 minutes before anyone came to the window. With this being said, there was a lobby full of people with only 2 teens working. One running around like there's no tomorrow and the other just standing doing nothing. No adult management or not enough employees to work the establishment. Whomever runs this place should be ashamed of themselves.
