You should be ashamed of how you guys make your sundaes, My 9yr old grandson can do better then that. Won't be coming back to this one. I'm adding to My post. On all of these complaints by so many unhappy customers...Not one was offered free ice cream or refunds for anything. Other then they'll tell there franchise so they can correct it. They're not correct in anything do you see how unhappy people are from your store I give him some free ice cream... Wow...

It's Dairy Queen. The blizzards were cold on a hot day, and as a bonus the bathroom was clean! Maybe it's just nostalgia, but soft serve at DQ reminds me of early teen years, first dates, and summer. Ahhhhhhh

Hot dog chile had been cooked too long & tasted like it. Were out of snickers for Blizzards. Crazy since grocery store is in an attached parking lot, 100 yards between 2 buildings.
