Our food was cold - the hamburger bun cold and soggy ; the BLT bread barely toasted and cold. Both our fries were luke warm. Was not offered replacements - will not be back anytime soon.

I have been to several locations and always had a good experience. Then we went to the location in Swansboro. They were very busy when we got there so we expected there to be a wait, no big deal. We were greeted and given menus and our drink order was taken. 15 minutes later we still did not receive our drinks, we were continuously ignored by every employee as they walked by time and time again. One of the servers went to a table right next to ours at least 4 times but still didn’t even acknowledge us. Needless to say we left and took our business elsewhere where we weren’t ignored.

Good food portions, very friendly service, and a diner atmosphere! Very pleased!!!

Call in a pick up order, when we got there employee said it isn't ready, husband watched the same employee walk pass our order six different times before bagging our order,fries were cold and full of salt ,it is usually good idk

We like Highway 55, but this one was very expensive for smaller portions. Specifically, the small concrete is $5 and was approximately 4 spoonfuls (see pic). The staff was very nice but too busy for quick service. Don’t blame them, but won’t be back to this location.

I absolutely love this location! Food is great, of course. But the staff! Sylina (I hope I got the spelling right) was the only server for a little bit and she handled several tables and walk ins and phone orders with grace. She’s so attentive and SO nice! There are regulars I can tell she remembers their names and orders. Just cool to see. The big boss guy is also great.
