this location is absolutely stupendous. i often order through Uber Eats with them and the Uber Eats app does not allow me to customize the sandwich to my preferences, however every single time i call to ask if they can make the accommodation over the phone after placing the order, they are always so so so kind and so willing to make the adjustments. you do not find that kind of consistent customer service at a lot of other places, so this is something that should 100% be recognized!!!

I placed a mobile order for the wrong location, showed up to pick it up, and checked the location, noticed it was the wrong location and they had my sandwich made before I was off the phone to cancel my order. By far the best sandwich shop in the area!

Dear Owner of this Location for Jersey Mike’s. Please do better for you Employees and fix the Air Conditioning that you fail to fix. We couldn’t even sit in the restaurant to eat because it was so hot, I couldn’t imagine working in those conditions! The workers were extremely nice and had great customer service. Do Better for them!

All around a very rude individual, told him everything that I didn't want on my sandwich (was three toppings) and straight up laughed in my face and told me to tell him everything I did want on my sandwich. i was more than enough nice saying thank you and apologizing for not saying everything that i wanted on my sandwich. I also told him no tomatoes on my sandwich and I immediately apologized and told him that i was sorry i did not mean to say tomatoes but i didn’t know if i did. for which he then again laughed in my face and told i told him tomatoes. This employee then proceeded to take the tomatoes off of my sandwich and instead of throwing them away he put them back into the original container (health code and cross contamination violation). Being all around rude to a customer is not going to give you a tip!! I also wanted to add that my friend were ordering before this. They ordered bacon, swiss, turkey sandwich. A sandwich they get every time and the guy proceeded to give her tuna. We then corrected him because everyone makes mistakes, but he got snarky back. When we said that is NOT what we ordered he proceeded to say “What do you want then.” This is not how you should treat a customers spending $50 on food for the 3 of them I am not one to write reviews often about workers but this service just stuck out so I felt the need to share.

This place used to be awesome for a Jersey Mike's location and I used to go here pretty frequently. I was great in the staff, and I was even regular for a period, but as of recently the quality and staff have declined significantly. I'm not sure if it's because of the big change in staff that I've noticed over the last couple of months, but whatever has happened has just made this place horrible now. Would appreciate it if I had my old Jersey Mike's back 🥺😡
