The employees are lazy and not very bright. Everything is a joke to them. I went through tonight to pay for my order I had exact change, the employee refused it because she rushed and entered it into the computer and didnt want to be bothered, and the food was cold and the fries over salted.

We've eaten at this McDonald's multiple times and we like using the mobile app because that's what McDonald's promotes but every time we come to this McDonald's whether they are busy or not they still ask us to pull to a parking spot and wait on our food

I got a big Mac and two cheese burgers. The big Mac bun was literally torn in half and gone. BOTH cheese burgers had onions smashed into the top of the bun and none actually in the sandwich. Lets be honest, the quality bar is set low for McDonald's but to mess up each item is impressively stupid.

Waited for 10 mins to place my order. When the manager , who had looked at me numerous times finally spoke, she told me they were to busy to take my order. As I walked out, I was told to have a nice day. Will never get another meal from there.

On December 23rd went in with family to eat. Wanted a little thing of ranch to eat with fries and manager said she would charge me $1.29. Manager was very hateful. They got my husband's drink wrong so went up there to get him right one, and accidentally spilt it coming back to seat. Since I spilled the drink and they charge $1.29 for ranch sauce, I offered to pay for spilled drink that was never cleaned up and manager was ugly about that. I was just asking for ranch packet. There was a man that came in through drive thru and got 2 or 3 packs of ranch sauce that wasn't charged at all. We will never go back to this McDonald's, and will continue to go to Cape Carteret McDonald's because it's the best! Bad customer service at this one! They don't deserve any star.

1 star. Asked for extra ranch n she straight up said no like what.. 1 ranch for chicken strips and fries n wouldn’t even let me Pay for extra like I want sauce
Stay away from this place at night if you are dining in; employees are basically non existent! We ordered from the Kiosk (there’s no one at the counter now); it took at least 30 minutes to get our food and it was cold! The employees that were there were busy responding to drive through orders; that’s what they need to call this place, a drive through order only! The whole place is beyond nasty; looks like tables hadn’t been wiped in months, and the bathrooms were filthy! I’ll never stop here again! Do yourself a favor and go to the Wendys or Burger King!

I absolutely love this McDonald’s. The staff is always very friendly, and that’s so rare to find in fast food these days. However, I just ask one thing of this location…for the love of God, PLEASE stop over-baking your biscuits in the morning! The past three times I’ve gotten an egg and cheese biscuit, the biscuit has been as hard as a rock, and it’s not golden, light, and fluffy, but rather almost chard. No one wants a hard, burnt biscuit in the morning. Please be mindful of the time when baking biscuits! Thank you 😊

We went through the drive through around 5pm and we were the only ones there. All of our food was cold, seemed to be reheated and overcooked. My iced coffee was watered down maybe? Not sure but it wasn't right. They forgot the sauce for our nuggets, there was a giant glob of ketchup on the burger and tiny spot of mustard..looked like they started to put onions on it and scraped them off? Anyway it was all just nasty and I don't expect much from fast food but this was gross.
