As a customer, the food is usually always good and comes out hot and quick.

As a delivery driver, it’s a good experience most of the time picking up orders. I do cringe when I see a certain older manager working. She yells when she speaks and is VERY rude to everybody. I’ve seen her multiple times be hateful towards customers, drivers and especially employees. It’s not hard to be kind.

Some of these people that work here need a reality/attitude check because everytime i come through the drive thru, doesnt matter what time it is, the person on the speaker has an attitude from hell. Theres one lady in particular in drive thru that acts like shes all bad and sassy but shes really just rude and its unnecessary. I know how it is to work in fast food, you dont need to act like you hate every customer that comes thru. 0/10 yall need to hire nicer people.

The food was horrible! First my french fries were cold. They replaced them with hot fries, but they were rubbery when I bit into one. The hamburger meat was old, black around the edges, and dried out, and my husband's mushroom burger was salty.
We tried calling this restaurant several times to have our meals replaced, and no one answer the phone though they had at least six or more people working there and it appeared to be a slow night... were the only customers.

I know this isn’t Wendy’s quality standard for a cookie. I was served this tonight. I did get an apology and a replacement for sugar but you saw the quality when you gave it to me and it makes for a bad experience when I have to get back in line. They should have been discarded when they were burnt.

Honestly I'm only giving this a one star because the frosty was good. As a manager myself, I was appalled to see the manner in which this establishments manager conducted herself. I came in for two frosty's and waited 27 minutes. In this time span I watched a employee who obviously was very stressed out be instructed to help drive through with TWO people(manager included) in it. That was ridiculous and poor management.
The lobby had trash laying along the floor. The soda machine had no ice in the machine and so customers had to go ask for ice,stalling the one employee in front who was trying to take orders and complete online orders. Every single employee there looked as if they had no joy in being at work. Moral was terrible and this showed in their drive to complete orders.
