I went to Wendy's in Swansboro, order was smooth and the food was well its fast, no high expectation there to begin with, ordered a sweet tea and it tasted like chemicals was in it.

I go here a few times for the convenience of location, but feel sick after eating anything i get from here. If you're sensitive to textures, their coffee is watered down and chunky?, fries cold/stale, and breading soggy. Any “specials” they have, your mainly spending your money on the decorative trash, for one example the wednesday meal is a joke. Staff is great though.

I am writing to express my utter disgust with the appalling experience I had at your Wendy’s location. I’ve never seen such incompetence, disrespect, and carelessness from an employee in any restaurant, fast food or otherwise.

A girl named Hals was responsible for preparing my food, and to put it bluntly, it was atrocious. The order was wrong, the food was thrown together like trash, and everything about it screamed that she couldn’t care less. The fries were cold and stale, the burger was practically falling apart, and it looked like it had been sitting out for hours. I honestly felt sick looking at it.

I expect this complaint to be taken seriously. Fix your staff, fix your training, and make sure people like Hals are nowhere near food service if they can’t be bothered to do their jobs.

I came here this early morning and the food sucked. The burger was cold and so were the fries. They recently changed their burger patties as they are thin now. It's like the employees, management and the executives of Wendy's don't care about keeping the food quality great like it was years ago. Dave Thomas would be embarrassed to see how his company has been run into the toilet. I'm avoiding Wendy's for now on.
