Great selection of beer. BBQ burger and tots are phenomenal. May have told wife it’s the best burger I’ve ever had… (6 beers deep, still very coherent and credible). No pics for evidence as everything was gobbled.

Food was good, service wasn’t. Waited over an hour for flatbreads when we ordered when there was no customers in the restaurant. Got my order wrong, waited 30 minutes for them to fix it. You pay before eating, and are faced w a tip screen that immediately starts at 20%. You have to bring your drinks to the counter for them to refill, so what service are you tipping for? Once again, food was good, but the service wasn’t worth it.

I was impressed with this brewery from the moment we walked in the door. Both bartenders were engaging and made suggestions. The beer menu was varied and not ruled by IPAs. I recommend the King's Shadow, a great roasty Russian Impetial Stout. The food was also tasty and more elevated than normal pub food. Overall, a great experience that will bring us back to Sylva!

As soon as we walked in and ordered a flight, both bartenders were making suggestions and offering samples. They also both maintained great conversation and suggested things to do in the area. The food was great (not typical pub food)! Really impressed with the varied selection of beer that was not overwhelmed with too many IPAs. Everything we tried we liked. One of the best breweries we have ever been to.
