One of the managers is very disrespectful when I come in she always has a cocky attitude
Food was done quickly and the staff was friendly.
This store is typical of the fast food scene in Sylva. It's hit or miss. Inconsistency reigns supreme. Sometimes, the chicken is on point and sometimes just barely edible. I've given up on their strips because those have been overcooked and greasy every time. Order bone in chicken and there is a 50/50 chance they'll be excellent, or close to it.
The past few times I have gone through the drive thru and asked for ranch i keep getting honey mustard. If the store is out ranch id prefer if they let me know rather than substitute without asking.
This location is terrible the employees should be replaced due to laziness there’s never no food ready & always have to park & wait on your order for chicken
It’s a chicken restaurant that’s horrible! Worst Bojangles in the state of North Carolina lazy employees!
The dichotomy of the fries here. Sometimes they’re Michael Cera white, other times they’re Westside Gunn black, I just want a Donald Trump orange. So I’m leaving this review where my fries never are, in the middle.

Went through the drive thru at 11:50am and tried to order a 3 piece meal and was told that they may not be able to do my order because the vehicle in front of me ordered a 20 piece bucket. When I asked if they had no more chicken in the store was rudely told to just pick something else, so I just decided to drive away. I won't be back to this location.

Went thru drive thru again. Check your food. Left a side order I paid extra for again. Seems nobody cares.
Understaffed and crazy busy, the young girl at the front handled everything with care and as quickly as possible given her circumstances. I didn't get a good look at her name tag, but give her all the props in the world, and a raise.

I swear it must take rocket scientists to give me what i ask for doesnt it. Because it never fails everytime i go here something isnt right the food is great but i swear they need to learn the difference between sweet tea and unsweet. Im sure other people understand the rage of paying for something sweet and getting a bitter pill instead. Do better.

Don’t bo size your combos. It adds $3 extra to bo size. Cajun filet biscuit and gravy biscuit costed me $21. I could’ve gone to asheville and back and still have saved money to get the same thing
The food's really good. The service can be hit or miss, and the inside of the store looks like it hasn't been cleaned since Jesus was put on the cross, which is especially weird considering the store wasn't built then.

I work in fast food so I understand being busy and dealing with a bunch of people giving you a rush isn’t preferable, but it shouldn’t take 40 minutes to get your food. When I went up to politely check on the status of my online order, all I got was attitude and eye rolls.
