I ordered a twelve piece chicken strip tailgate. Chicken only came with three small sauces that you normally get with a meal. Definitely not enough. It came with two small sides and l also ordered an extra side. None of the sides were full to the top. The manager will definitely make their food cost for the week if this is normal. I paid forty-five dollars for the whole meal. I won't be doing this again. I can go other places and get what l paid for. Very disappointing!!!

When we first arrived in drive-through at Bojangles in sylva nc we just asked a price on a menu item and the lady huffs like we just ruined her day by asking a question! She was really rude taking our order! When we got to the window we had asked for plates with our family box this lady who was dressed as the manager rolled her eyes and huffed again when we finally got our order they didn't put the plates in box so I asked for them again and this lady just has the nastiest attitude so I ended up saying something she stopped me mid sentence to say that she was really tired and just didn't care for what I had to say! And to add to that the chicken taste days old the mashed potatoes smell sour just overall everything was absolutely terrible!!!!

Food is whatever, no idea why it’s hyped up so much. Gone in a couple times and each time a woman freaked out on some boy. Once she was yelling he was “violently” folding a box and that he was “showing her how to do her job.” Dude was at the drive through window and she was 50ft away. Entire dining room heard her yelling and looked- each time.

when they ask for your sauce at the speaker say u don’t want any. then at the window ask for sauces. cause they’ll ask u if u want any sauces until they’re blue in the face, but they’ll never out it in your box. now im choking on this food like its a popeyes biscuit.

This store is typical of the fast food scene in Sylva. It's hit or miss. Inconsistency reigns supreme. Sometimes, the chicken is on point and sometimes just barely edible. I've given up on their strips because those have been overcooked and greasy every time. Order bone in chicken and there is a 50/50 chance they'll be excellent, or close to it.

The past few times I have gone through the drive thru and asked for ranch i keep getting honey mustard. If the store is out ranch id prefer if they let me know rather than substitute without asking.
