This Burger King used to not be a good one, but now they have changed.They have great food and very nice customer service.We appreciate y'all in every way.

It’s already not good to eat burger king . But this one is more expensive and the food is actually worse than any other Burger King I’ve ever been too . Don’t bother coming here. waste of money and calories. On top of that the staff is rude. If you’re really craving burger king . Have to go to Waynesville or canton for the good good

Disappointing…no whipped cream on shake as pictured on menu, I ordered onion rings, served fries instead, upside down in the bag. Check your order before you leave the driveway, careless staff and ungrateful for their customers…

I placed a drive-thru order with 8 items and was initially only given 3. After waiting an additional 15 minutes, I finally received the rest—or so I thought. Once I got home, I realized they had still left out an item. I had to drive all the way back to get it.
I asked for a refund due to the inconvenience, waited another 10 minutes while they discussed it, only to be told they needed all the food back to process a refund—despite the fact that it was their repeated mistakes that caused the issue in the first place.
I understand Sylva doesn’t have a lot of food options, but save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere. When I try to file a complaint on the BK site, it can’t find this location, so I’m writing a review instead.

Stopped in for a very late lunch. I ordered a bacon King combo. My food was ready quickly, and tasted great.
Had a great experience I brought my family in and the workers were very kind and offered my daughters burger king crowns and made them smile the food was hot and flavorful we will definitely be back!
