Food was fast, good and well priced. Staff was funny and friendly. Need more ketchup. Almost docked you a star because with 5 people eating and 3 trips to the counter for ketchup, we still didn't have enough.
So, tonight y'all were not on your game. My husband came through and ordered 2 trays, burger and chicken one. He asked for cajun seasoning to be put on the whole chicken tray, on my chicken and fries. He was told they might could accommodate that. Okay, fine if you're out or your busy, okay. He also ordered 2 milkshakes, you forgot to give them to him.

Before this visit, I had only been to a Cookout location once, and that experience wasn’t great. However, this visit completely changed my perspective on Cookout for the better. I was hungry, and since there aren’t many dining options in the city, my friend suggested we give it a try. At first, I was hesitant because of my previous bad experience at a different location, but I decided to keep an open mind and go for it.
