Cosmic Carry-out offers excellent, legit burgers with fresh-cut, double-fried fries. The blue cheese burger is well-made, and the cheeseburger is one of the biggest and best built, with a great emphasis on gooey cheese. The veggie options, including the 4 bean burger, are delicious and huge. Priced between $13-$15, the meals are definitely worth it. The food truck has fast service and shares outdoor seating near a creek, providing a nice view, though there is some road noise. The seating area is very convenient for access to the Innovation Brewing taproom, which has lots of choices. Overall, it is a perfect spot for a quality burger without the need for a steakhouse. The atmosphere is lovely, and the staff is courteous and kind. Highly recommended for a satisfying meal, especially with the fries being best fresh.
