I paid 31.79 for a pizza delivery, with a wait time estimate of 19-34 minutes. I waited an hour; TRACKER said they were still in the PREP STAGE. I called, and they had not even started it yet, so I canceled my order. I do not know if I will get my refund or not. I am also doubtful that I will trust the Sylva, NC, Domino's with a delivery order again. Order at your own risk. "Graci" was (according to the Tracker) the one supposed to be making my pizza. According to the girl who took my call, the manager on duty at the time was "Justin", whom she claimed is the District Manager.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered my pizza over the phone and couldn’t have been more clear on my building and apartment number. Yet, after over an hour, my driver arrives just to drive away and never knock on my door. When I called to ask what the problem was, every excuse was horribly made. First they said they didn’t have my apartment number (which I gave over the phone more than once, so the person who took my order should have taken the responsibility to annotate that). They then said that they tried to call me to confirm my address, but the number they called said that they never ordered pizza. Well, I’ve had the same phone number for almost 6 years and not only is it linked to my profile, but seriously what other number could they have possibly called??? To make matters worse, I decided to call up again to speak with a manager about the negligence and inconvenience of this situation. Almost the entire time, she made it obvious that she could not care less about anything I was saying. All I could get out of her for the first half of the conversation was “I wasn't there that night so…” or “I wasn’t the one that took your order so…” She offered more excuses that didn’t add up to anything other than negligent staff. Finally she tossed a free credit at me which should’ve been offered long before we got to the point in our conversation. I wanted clarity on the free credit with details such as how that would show up for delivery fees, and I can’t even guarantee the information she gave me was genuine or accurate as she very obviously just wanted to get off the phone with me. I asked for her name to report to higher management because I was extremely unsatisfied with her attitude the entire phone call despite my attempts to settle this situation in a calm manner. She says that she doesn’t give her name to customers. Well that’s fine… but when I use that free credit I hope EVERYTHING is free.
Food was never delivered. But showed up as delivered on website. Totally ripped me off. Hope whoever they gave it to enjoyed the free pizza.

On hold for 20 mins no one ever picked up the phone. Get it together
Placed an order at 7:30. Called at 9:30 because the app said the pizza was delivered. Went outside. No pizza. The store said they lost it. How do you lose a pizza? Said they would remake and have it here in 30 minutes. Waited 50 minutes. No pizza. Called again. They had no clue what order I was talking about. No pizza for me. And no Domino’s ever again. Bad job Domino’s. Get some better employees for everyone’s sake.

After not ordering from Domino’s for a few months I placed an order tonight; after another company failed to deliver to me and won’t give me my money back…yep DoorDash you suck!

The truth is, the normal thing for a pizza but they already put less than Asus pizzas and in Mexico much less or if it stops the craving

I don't recommend delivery because the last time they cancelled our order and didn't tell us, I recommend picking up your order in person at this location! Pizza was fresh, this time it had actually been cut properly.

Absolutely the worst experience ever. Ordered online and 45 mins the tracker stated it was still being prepped. I called the local store and they advised they were waiting on a driver to deliver it. Give them 30 more minutes. Called back to ask if it would be quicker to pick it up instead and talked to a totally different person. Glad I called! For ONE HOUR, our order had not even been prepped yet. It was an estimated 2 hours to order and get pizzas. I did not appreciate getting lied to on the first call, but thankful that my gut told me to call back again. Thanks to Little Caesars in making my order in 10 minutes flat. They will now get my business.

The owner asked me to contact the store again. Why... I did and got BAD service the first time.... What do you think has changed. Again BAD service and it looks like this is and want be the first or last time.

I ordered dinner tonight and my husband was eating his sandwich and pulled out a hair! So now the rest of the food is trash too. This is absolutely disgusting. I want my money back and I won’t order from this place again.
