If I could leave a review with no stars that would be the case. They told me they will not make a new pizza when I called and waited on the phone for 5 minutes for them to answer to tell me no right after placing the order? Justin, the lazy general manager does not care about maximizing sales to make any customer happy. 3.3 STAR FOR A REASON‼️‼️‼️

This is the fourth time I’ve ordered a chicken pizza from this store and received it with no chicken, even after paying extra for extra chicken. I drive 15 minutes to pick up my order, only to come home and find not a single piece of chicken on two large premium pizzas. Every time I call, they expect me to drive back, wait again, and pick up a replacement instead of offering any real solution. This has happened repeatedly and it’s really disappointing.

Our large seven topping pizza had to be the very worst pizza we have ever had! I looked at it before I left. It had at least a fourth to one third cup oil lying on top of pizza and looked horrible. I asked cashier to look at it. She said it was normal and it was the garlic oil. I picked a section and the oil just went across the pizza onto the box. The bottom of pizza and the box was soaked in oil. I told her we would not be able to eat it. She went to the back, a manager came out and said since you did not omit the garlic oil on your order, you will need to go online and reorder the pizza and omit it as it comes automatic and also pay for another one. I said we have never had pizza like this before and I know my husband nor I will not eat this pizza. She said pizzas are greasy and if I wanted another one I would need to order online and pay for another one. I was shocked and I told her I would spread this information. She did not care and obviously customer service does not matter there. I told her I wasn't asking for free food but I wanted a pizza that was edible This is the Dominoes in Sylva,NC. I do not recommend this place at all

I just ordered a delivery off of Uber eats for me and a friend, delivery has always been great from this dominos until now. A med parm stuffed deluxe, pasta Alfredo, and garden salad. The order told me delivered very much before it actually was so I had to deal with going thru Uber support which to be fair might not of been the restaurants fault. In the middle of me dealing with support they delivered the food, the pizza box was crumbled, the bag with the salad was wide open along with me missing the pasta Alfredo(which was what I ordered for myself so that sucks). Pretty unacceptable especially seeing I've been a driver before so I know how it goes. Shame.

Never a let down always great food and friendly staff
Hey guys, I normally don’t post online but I just had to put this out there. My experience with Domino’s over this weekend was absolutely horrendous. I ordered two pizzas and some breadsticks and some brownies for my family this weekend and my delivery driver proceeded to put my $60.00 delivery on my neighbors bottom step three houses over from mine, When I called to speak to management to find out what happened I was treated poorly. I was told where my pizza was located at and I was expected to go on a scavenger hunt to find my food that I paid for I was hung up on when I asked to speak to a manager. I was told that I could not speak to a manager and then got hung up on. I was asked to follow back up today. I tried to follow back up today and got hung up on again so I am not sure what is going on with Domino’s, but this is not the first awful experience that I’ve had with them. I will not be returning there for business and I recommend no one else do the same thing because there’s no telling where your pizza will go or how you’ll be treated

This place delivers out to the Best Western Plus River Escape, so if you’re ever vacationing here and want pizza, definitely choose here! Our food was warm/delicious and our driver John was very nice

Ordered 5 pizzas and every one of them looked liked they had been dropped and thrown around. And the brownie was burned. Nearly $100 worth of food and it couldn't be delivered in a better condition. And forget calling to talk to someone, they never did answer the phone.

Domino's nearly killed me and my dog, and it wasn't the food. I went to pick up a carry out and it's a few minute drive so I took my dog, nice day out, but 90° out. I waited as the manager was 'interviewing' a new employee next to the cash register? I waited long enough for me to be worried my dog might be developing heat exhaustion, he was clearly in view of employees/manager. THEN when I was driving back home, a dominos delivery car (blue) ran a red light and if I didn't notice the stupidity I would be T-boned in the middle of the road right now.

Worst gm I've ever had the displeasure of speaking too showed up when the app said my order was ready but it wasn't and I was met with an I don't know when I asked how long it would be till my order was ready and had to drive all the way and back again after calling 15 mins later to find out if my order was ready never once asked for my number or anything to make it a simpler process and was incredibly rude all this for cold food that had been sitting there for 30 mins plus

The delivery person gave the finger to peaceful protesters and when management was informed they hung up. They have lost my business.
