Really great pizza, haven't ordered Domino's in a long long time. Just couldn't get my usual pie so I gave them the call. I delivered domino's as a teen so I got burned out on it about 40 years ago. Nice texture, great taste, very good quality and good service. Will put domino's back in my rotation.

I placed an order through the app. Per the app, my order was started at 7:30. When I hadn't received it in an hour, I called the store. I was told it was just going in the oven. I got the "we're short staffed" story. I requested my order be canceled. If a business can't meet the demand, they should not be open. This will be my last order here. It's too bad because I do like their pizza. The wings, however are atrocious. Very greasy...mushy...just not good. Oh well.

I placed an order for pickup via the app. So hard to mess up right? No...not even close to the pizza I ordered. Got home before I looked, which was my fault. I called them and they said they could remake it, or issue a refund. I asked if they remade it, could they deliver it since it was their mistake. They said no. So I asked for the refund and advised them I, nor my family, will ever do business there again.

My husband got staph food poisoning from a pizza we ordered yesterday, and I pretty much know this for sure because it was the only thing he had eaten all day and it only took an hour for him to start vomiting, and he’s been sick all night. Staph can be spread to food by asymptomatic carriers if they haven’t washed their hands, so I suspect that this is what happened. I wasn’t going to leave a review about this, but I called the store to let them know about this health/safety issue and the manager just said “okay…”- like, he didn’t even care. Didn’t say sorry, didn’t seem concerned about spreading this to other customers, didn’t even pretend he’d try to make sure people are following food safety procedures. Even if I’m completely wrong about the source of my husband’s food poisoning, I can’t overlook this lack of concern for food safety. Do with that information what you will, but we will probably not order from this dominos for a good while.

Ordered a meal using the app and after an hour and a half called store to see status of order only to be told they were just placing it in to cook and would have it out shortly. I told them to cancel the order and I'm never ordering from them again and I'm taking the app off my phone.

Went to go get pizza as an early birthday celebration and it was amazing! The garlic twists were perfect and the staff was very friendly.

Went there on a Friday evening, it was fairly quick and the pizza was delicious. Expertly crafted. I used to work at a pizza place and I know it’s hard to keep up with orders and keep the quality up when it is busy, but dear god this is a fantastic pizza. The dough was fresh and rose perfectly on the edges, crispy pepperoni with nothing burnt. Great job dominos people, great job.

All robot. No pizza. Phone maze. 3rd time in the last few years I have unsuccessfully attempted to order a simple pizza this way.

I don't complain usually. But when I'm spending my hard earned money on something I expect for it to be done right or atleast corrected. 2 weeks ago I ordered from here and was charged for a large. I just assumed I'd receive a large. I didn't, I got an overcooked medium. Last night I made the mistake of ordering from here again. There was absolutely no sauce on my specialty pizza. I called, was spoken to extremely rude and told I was lying. I called today to take the pizza up there and show them there was no sauce. The guy on the phone ,(who said he was a manager ), told me it was settled yesterday and nothing was going to be done about it. I understand it's around the 4th and they may be busy. I don't care. When you make a mistake you fix it. Learn some customer service skills please. I'm not a liar, only wanted your company to fix your error. Obviously Dominoes in Sylva doesn't care about their customer service or if their employees prepare the food correctly. To call me a liar but refuse to look at the pizza you made incorrectly. No wonder you are always hiring. You need some respectful, competent employees. Take my advice, order from Pizza Hut. Where's the sauce Dominos?
